The location was perfect, the communication was great including the parking. Loved our time in Viana and the clean very well designed interior of the apartment with everything that you need. Wish we could have spent more time!

The beautifully decorated apartment was spoilt by the choice of a cheap brown sleeper couch which was impossible to sleep on and we had to move the mattress to the floor. This MUST be updated to stay in keeping with the well designed interiors.

The apartment is spacious. I like the decor. Despite being in the heart of town, my room was surprisingly quiet. The kitchen was mostly well-stocked; however, I did notice a few things that could have made my stay even better. There were no pods for the Nespresso machine, the refillable shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, and the hand dishwashing detergent was nearly gone. On the upside, the apartment’s location is fantastic—it's close to shopping and the train station. While the lack of supplies was a bit frustrating, I still consider it a great place to stay.

The location was right in the centre of town. Paid parking was located nearby and if we had walked a bit further away the parking next to the hospital ship is free! There is a lift to the 2nd floor which was nice to take our luggage up. The renovation of the apartment was really nice.

Good on most occasions, but we were there when they turned the Christmas lights on and had to listen to the same songs over and over each night along with the bright lights. We did not know this ahead of time. Thank goodness for double paned windows and shutters! The kitchen could have been better equipped, e.g. a sharp paring knife. The fridge/freezer was a bit frozen. The lighting in the living room is too bright and the lights next to the beds was too dull! Made reading very difficult.

Clean place(despite the weird sewage-type smell). Lots of light, balcony went along entire side of place(very narrow though) but still nice views. Modern and new uncomfortable furniture. It is in a fantastic area of the old town and you're in the heart of it.

The check in procedure was ridiculously difficult and stressful. This could be improved upon greatly, especially when you only have a few minutes to park in front. They just need to have someone meet you, like a previous review mentioned. Persistent bad smell coming from behind washing machine area. I guess they have problems with drainage or something. The furniture is uncomfortable. Even though big and nice looking, it is very tough to relax in...probably because sofa is a bed too. The big chairs are uncomfortable as well unfortunately.

Perfect apartment for short or long stay. Beautiful building and interior and upmarket fittings. Perfect location for a comfortable overnight or a beautiful longer stay vacation.. Seriously: 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed, fully useful kitchen, bathroom AND second powder room, high ceilings, beautiful windows and easy access. ( parking is off site). Location fabulous - cafes/ bars are in sight below. Good starting point for next day of Camino. Book now- you won’t regret.

Nothing. How could you fault this place?

Beautiful apartment—very private and well-equipped. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to explore the city, so I can't provide much info about the location, but there seem to be plenty of busy eateries nearby. We didn’t meet any staff in person, so I can’t comment on that, but they were reachable via WhatsApp.

Getting the keys from the underground parking was quite the mission! It probably wouldn’t be a big deal for regular guests, but after walking over 27 km, we were completely wiped out by the time we got there. The bed felt like a sofa bed, which wasn’t ideal, but we managed to sleep okay.

Great location, beautiful property, and everything nice.

There was no AC in the apartment, and it was a hot day. The only way to get in touch with concierge/ customer service was via WhatsApp. It took a long time to get a response, not very helpful, and it was not answered when called. The person wrote us back eventually, and told us to switch the heat setting back to cold, like we are technicians. It took some figuring out to do, and longer for the system to respond. We could have messed up the system. When the brand is labeled as a “hotel group”, it should provide a service.

Very responsive staff, very clear check-in instructions. Complimentary coffee and washing machine detergent were both a huge plus. The sofa mattress was very thick and comfortable, far from dramatic reviews I had read before the booking. Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Clean, new and chic place. Very discreet. And most importantly for Camino trekkers - it is a bed bug free accommodation.

Amazing location, really cozy apartment, state of the art kitchen and bathroom, really well utilised space, thoughtful touches. I could walk to train station, coast, mall, church, supermarket and decent restaurants all in less than 10 minutes. I rarely heard neighbours either.

Only a minor thing (still giving a 10) but it was a little painful for me personally collecting the keys in the parking lots’ central box even though it was close because of my 25kg suitcase which I had to take up and down the stairs of the car park even though I don’t have a car. Otherwise I literally have zero things I didn’t like.

I loved the apartment (3A). I think it's maybe the prettiest apartment I've ever been in. Everything in the interior is of the highest quality, only prestigious name brands for the kitchen and bathroom, beautiful design furniture. There was a washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, full kitchen equipment and so much more. I would have loved to stay there a lot longer if time permitted. The high ceilings were amazing as well as the lighting. The bed was super comfortable and everything was perfectly clean.

The contact with Catarina who manages the bookings was terrible. Even after two text messages and a message via booking there was no reply. Only when I called I received a very short and unfriendly respond to one of my messages. When I asked another question again no reply. There could have been some more basic ingredients from previous guests such as oil. To be fair there was salt, pepper and vinegar.
