There was a good variety of healthy options for breakfast, including scrambled and boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit, as well as pancakes and bagels. The hotel was pretty new and had a modern, European vibe. The staff were friendly, and the lobby/breakfast area had lots of different options for sitting. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

We would never have found it without Google maps. It's at the end of the road in a mixed commercial area near the highway, It seemed isolated, although we did find a good restaurant at the other end of the area, so we didn't have to drive back into Milford for dinner.

The location and the attitude of the staff. Especially Tammy and Jordan. Friendly and very considerate and caring. And for Jess for helping me take care of a reservation mistake. Which saved me from being charged one nights stay for canceling a reservation made by mistake.

Had an issue on the phone with DJ was trying to add and additional nights day. With he quoted a price which was $100 more than the email he sent me. When I asked how's this? And it said it was a mistake by the computer. Well it went on on and by mistake and I ended up with 2 reservations. Fortunately another employee Jess helped me out with this.

It was a super cool facility but above all it was clean! The room was small and perfect. The breakfast was good and sufficient. It was super quiet during quiet hours even though there was a ton of kids there. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The morning lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. I think the best thing about this hotel was the blinds!! Double pull down screen type blinds...whoever had that idea needs a raise!!!!! We will most definitely be back!!

There were alot of dogs but that is just a personal preference. I am highly allergic 🤧 but the facility was so clean I never saw one dog hair. There was some barking in the morning time.

availability in Milford, right next to Walmart and shops, the breakfast was good (but not much variety day to day), indoor pool, lemon scented soaps in bathroom

There is not good signage for finding Tru behind Schumacher Homes. The front desk man was rather rude when we arrived as if we didn’t have a reservation because we got stuck in traffic and arrived later than expected. The hallway was dirty and took housekeeping all day to get cleaned. The listing did not show any pictures or mention about a pool. imagine the mixed feelings when we discovered the pool and had not packed swimsuits! also the area around the pool was standing water- not sure why it would not drain

Staff were nice. Liked the exercise room and the big lobby. Room was good size and bed was comfortable.

Had asked for mobility impaired room and got hearing impaired instead. No handrails in bathroom. Walk in shower floor was Slippery. Had to put towel on floor in shower. Needed a mat. Breakfast was pretty good but scrambled eggs were uneatable.

The staff was extremely friendly, our room was very spacious & clean, breakfast was ok after they finally got the pancake machine to work. I hear it has issues every 1st bag in the morning. Just a suggestion, maybe switch one pancake machine to the waffle machines.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work, the pillows deflated & no pictures of your pool area.

It was nice and it was quiet.

The pillows were like cotton candy, once you lay on them they were too flat for support. We had to go buy pillows so we could sleep. There was no coffee pot in the room so I had to go down to the lobby to get coffee any time we wanted coffee,and first thing in the morning

Breakfast was very good. I loved the indoor pool. Both times while swimming, was alone. Pool was big enough to do laps.

There should be a clock in the pool room. Was unable to tell how long I had been swimming. Regrettable that I was unable to get two beds. When I booked, there was none available to reserve. So had to get the one bed option.

I reserved the mobility impaired room which offers handrails in the bathroom. It had a shower with a tub which is not quite handicap friendly so could not use it. The room also had no refrigerator as was stated in the room description. It was comfortable and clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Convenient location. Very reasonable price.

There was some kind of tournament or event for children and the lobby was very loud and agitating. Breakfast was also loud; ended up taking food to our room to eat. Selection was okay but limited.
