The location is great, right next to the trail and central to everything, rooms are extremely clean, beds comfortable. We had a shared bathroom that was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Shame that they sold out of pizza on the night and we were not suggested any other food not given a menu to look through, team members seemed a bit flustered during dinner service. Drinks are great though cocktails reasonable prices and tasted good.

Only issue I had was that the bike storage was very small, our bikes are large and it was very hard to get them in. We also read after we stored our bike that they had E Bile storage as well, this would have been great to know when we checked in or possibly the guest services asked what type of bike we had to better accomodate larger bikes

We used to stay here with friends when our children were very little before the place was sold and refurbished. We loved the quirkiness of the place then (and it suited out budgets) but love that the place still has the character but with much more comfort than previously. We loved visiting again after so long with our kids now much older. Thank you. Will visit again

There was a flashing light on the airconditioner unit above our bed which was annoying, flashed whether on or off and at night in the dark could have been very annoying is someone was a light sleeper.

Ht Hotel complex is charming and has plenty of spaces to spread out and relax while it's open. The staff were friendly and accommodating and seemed genuinely interested in looking after us. The food and drink was excellent, with a great atmosphere and very clean throughout, even with shared bathroom facilities. Our package did not include ensuites but the common showers were more than adequate.

There was not really an area to play games or relax once the staff had closed for the day. It would be nice to have access to a guest lounge rather than the reception area. Given it was a weekday, the close-up was quite early, making it feel a littel restrictive.

I had a wonderful weekend getaway, spending a couple of nights at this lovely refurbished pub. Our stay was truly enjoyable, with fantastic food, drinks, helpful staff and live entertainment. It made for a memorable experience. Thank you!

I suggest adding a coffee machine to the guest kitchenette, as it would enhance the stay. Also, an automatic lighting system in the hallway at night would be beneficial, since the lights can be quite distracting when they shine through the door in the middle of the night. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience overall.

This amazing building has been beautifully restored and is now a major local landmark. The views form the front bar across the river are superb. Rooms are nicely fitted and spacious. Lack of breakfast doesn't matter as there are at least three local cafes within 5 minutes and a superb coffee shop. Silva. The bars are great places to sit - especially by the huge picture windows - and the bar staff were lovely. The hotel is surrounded by all-day terraces. Special nights - 'Parma and a pot for $25' bring in a nice local crowd.

The kitchen was a bit random, sending our starters and mains in a kitchen-friendly - not diner-friendly - order. And the bar can shut early on quiet nights, leaving you with no local options. Warburton is beautiful, but Very Quiet.

The staff is very courteous and efficient. The beds were very comfortable with superb mattresses and good quality linen, the room was warm, the toilets were extremely clean and not too far from the room. Dinner downstairs was good and easy.

The room was quite small, not suitable for having a chat or a drink but you can do that at the bar in comfort. Some loud voices kept us awake for a little while but the rest of the night was very quiet.

Location is everything. Overlooking the river and into the mountains. The area has so much to offer. Our second time here....as usually Rachael and her staff were nothing short of fantastic, helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Meals delicious: highly recommend the cous cous and labna. This time we stayed in room 33 and the king bed was comfort +++. We just love this place and cannot recommend it highly enough

Well situated adjacent to the Yarra River and the town. We had a King room with a very comfortable bed with cotton bedding. Room and bathroom were very clean and the room itself was large and roomy.

To our taste the menu could be more varied and it would be very helpful if you could get breakfast at the hotel although a kitchenette for guests use is available.

So thankful that we were able to get accommodation on the morning of our stay after the motel we had booked 11 months ago for some unknown reason changed our stay to the night before, we were in a big dilemma until the Alpine Hotel was able to accommodate my family, the staff were excellent, can't speak highly enough of them.

There's so much to like about this property! There's loads of character in the rooms, and everything is spotlessly clean, including the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. We loved the ease of having the kids run around the beer garden in the afternoon, before an amazing dinner at the restaurant, and then just heading upstairs for the night. Highly recommend this property.
