I love the coffee option in the mornings. I was able to have my favorite French Vanilla and go back for one more cup. The oatmeal was amazing, if you know how to prep it yourself.

I don't like the bed springs causing a squeaky noise every time you sit/stand up. I did not like the stain on the comforter after still being washed. I was not pleased with the wall cover-ups from the previous damages. I admit this might not be a big deal to most people but I'm very straight-forward and I apologize. I prefer more than what I stayed in due to my cost of stay. Overall, everything was very good. And I'm grateful I had a place to stay!

Location is perfectly hidden from the main road and highway, so it was nice and quiet. I appreciated the pet accommodation they made for us as well. Very professional and kind.

Price was too steep for 4 nights. Housekeeping was on the floor, but didn't clean the hallway outside of our room where someone dumped a muffin wrapper right at the foot of our door.

The location of the hotel was great, super convenient. Not far from the interstate, the staff checking in was polite, informative, and friendly. Our room was nice, very cute setup.

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood and woke up with back pains the nights we were there. We were in room 242. One of the lights in our room didn't work either. I forgot to tell the hotel staff.

It was bright and they had set quiet hours. Our room was very cleaned and aired out. It was a nice room that came with a basically full kitchen and I had the opportunity to request any and all kitchen amenities I wanted.

Our curtains were worn out. So there was worn through holes that the light came through in but we were on the second floor so wasn’t drastically bad for us.

The kitchen and bathtub were extremely convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Tv was good size. No noisy neighbors

The fridge compressor loudly droned whenever it cycled on. “Included breakfast” was a single table of mini muffins, coffee, hot water, and oatmeal packets.

Great hotel for a decent price! Big fridge, nice kitchenette with stove and microwave, everything was clean. I had a faulty A/C and it was replaced right away. Location is good, right across the mall. Staff is friendly! Met some nice people who were also staying there.

I like the room, the access to the room, the facility is ok no complaints, enough parking but the staff are not really friendly. That's my only complaint not all the staffs. The older staffs they are friendly good customer service.

The young staff they are not friendly and they are not rude but not having customer service skills how to welcome a guest.

A little noisy with other guests opening/closing doors and running showers. Also, the AC/heater is noisy cycling on and off, makes it hard to sleep at night. I discovered that I could set it to "Fan on constant", and that was better for sleeping.

The bed was nice…not worn out or sinking in the center. Laundry & vending area.

The bullshit taxes and fees the State puts on everything in the rental industry.

It was convenient as far as where we wanted to go and definitely affordable Uber wise

That the front desk has to wall all the way up to each floor to deliver cutlery and cups and etc
