Property was gated, so you can park inside. WiFi was decent, I work from a laptop, though the LAN cable wasn’t as good in the 2nd room I stayed in it feels like. Will need to ring the doorbell on the smaller door by the gate to alert them you’ve arrived.

Kind of a small alley leading to property, so bringing a big car can be annoying

Property owner/staff was very accommodating when we needed more toilet paper, towels and water. It was easy to get transportation from our area every time and day we went out.

There wasn’t anything that I would complain about. Just note to those staying there, let the trike drivers know where the place is by saying Lasola Drive.

It was nice to have some facilities where we could do some basic cooking. Netflix was fab for a couple of nights. Nice secure grounds and walking distance to shops and some restaurants.

Place is quiet since its location is away from the main streets.

Location is quite challenging. The street going in and out is a bit narrow. A bit challenging especially for guests who have vehicles with them.

Value for money especially for large groups.

Wifi could be faster. I was working during my stay. I was forced to use my mobile hotspot since the wifi speed is only 3 to 5 mbps. Good thing the area is 5G ready for Smart lelecoms.

The location is fantastic, beds are comfortable. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned but the living room remains cool enough.

Some of the furniture a bit worse for wear. And toilet seat broken.

no washing machine or laundry dryer or spin could have more towels, but maybe we should have called and asked... :)

gated apartment so you will feel really safe. hosts was warm and accommodating. Place was just perfect for our group. Cosy and we have a wonderful stay.

the location is a bit off. aircon in one of the room upstairs is not cooling enough.the mineral water provided has an unpleasant smell and taste so we had to buy our own. not enough cleaning materials provided like basic kitchen towel and floor mats. Internet is also very weak

Cherry was the most gracious and helpful for all your needs..if and when I ever back to Dumaguete this is the only place I would want to stay at. Made my vacation a real success. Highly recommend this place to stay.
