The beds were very comfortable!! The towels were super thick and large,, so nice. The little round hand soaps were big enough to actually use. Very nice touch. Coffee in the room.

The TV color was washed out and no way to correct it. Don't waste your money on those little itty bitty sample bottles. The refrigerator was loud, noisy and kicked in the middle of the night. Very disturbing and irritating. We did not need or use the the refrigerator. Kind if complicated road to get there at first but easy after first time. Good parking areas.

Comfort Inn We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Grain Valley, Missouri, on October 21st. Five star rating...excellent place to stay. I would like to thank: 1) Gloria for her help in securing a handicapped room (nice lady), 2) Stephanie from the kitchen who made coffee for me at 4:00 a.m. as I sat in the hotel lobby (nice lady), 3) Regina, for friendliness and good conversation with me and my husband while she was on break from overseeing the kitchen (nice lady), and 4) for Connie for her help in preparing and mailing my phone charger (again, another nice lady). STAY HERE...clean, comfortable, and have an excellent breakfast!

Easy check-in, check-out. Welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Good bed with lots of pillows. Lots of towels. Nice refrigerator provided with good freezer. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Good selection of restaurants in the area.

First room assigned had strong odor of pets. Second room also had a noticeable odor perhaps from dirty vacuum filter. Third room assigned was a charm. All rooms were located on the third floor which was supposed to be a pet-free floor. Lady at desk admitted that sometimes guests do slip a small animal past them. Also, there were some ants on the air-conditioning unit and on the work desk. I think this was due to the sugar packets on the work desk.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The front desk ladies were super friendly and made it a very smooth check in/out. The whole staff was nice.

The noise the first night from a person above our room, but it’s expected.

I've stayed at this Comfort Inn numerous times. It is a good value, clean and comfortable and usually pretty quiet. The grounds are well-lighted and feel safe. They welcome my dogs, and have ample grassy areas for them. The staff is very helpful.

It is very convenient to I-70 but the downside of that is freeway noise. As with most "free breakfasts," they served the usual.

LOcated right off of I70 is veery convienient. The breakfast was very good. Houskeeping and front desk staff were great.

Wish the pool worked. and hottub. Understand the price of clorine is very high right now. But the price of the room didnt go down. The pool and hottub are part of the deal. In my eyes anyway. Also the back door doesnt latch. It was broke all weekend. Anyone could have walked right in there in the night. Front desk informs me their hands are tied by corperate.

Very convenient for our travel needs. Easy to book online same day while traveling to the area. Good breakfast in the AM with lots of fresh choices.
