The one guy who works late at the front desk is very polite and he explains where the rooms are and how to to find the room i really like how he Nice not all people who work at the front desk are polite so i Will for sure be coming back to rent here again

I liked pretty much everything this time i stayed it's My first and ibwill be back again some time 5 stars

The room was newly updated and clean. Our queen beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet. Fridge worked great. Micro was small but served our needs perfectly. Also had coffee service for two, small hand lotions, shampoo, and soaps. Only had one hand towel but two of all the others. I'm sure we could've requested a 2nd if we chose to. We felt lighting options were good, and the AC/heating unit worked great and was thankfully quiet! Also, on/off access to interstate was easy. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Gas stations galore nearby and a Sam's Club for gas not too far away. If you need groceries or misc supplies, there's even a 24-hour WINCO easily accessed just on the other side of the interstate. We will be passing thru SLC again in July, and we've already made our reservations. In our view, a great value for the price.

The parking lot is a bit uneven. We have mobility issues so had to be very careful not to stumble on unseen rises or dips in the asphalt. Otherwise, there was plenty of moving around area in the lot.

The location is great not too busy of a street and it’s by everything as well! Can pick smoking or non smoking rooms

The rules are strange, no visitors, but how’s that when I’m a visitor myself, quite the conundrum I’d say.

Good locations, next to a lot of restaurants which was obviously nice. Staff was very nice. I thought it be like a motel 6 but was definitely better. Truly a don’t judge a book by its cover type of thing.

There was an ice machine near my room that I couldn’t use. So I had to walk all the way over to the other one which was definitely inconvenient. Would of like my bedding changed more most definitely.

The room was clean but dated. There is a restaurant right across the parking lot, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room service. I got back to my room later in the day and there had been no maid service. No new towels. For the price, I should have at least received that. There were some "shady characters" hanging around the area as well. That made me feel uncomfortable.

I didn't like that Steve I think that that's his name any way the man that works sometimes at night he refused to help me for no reason he just kept saying he didn't know how and to talk to owner son tomorrow all I needed was a room super confused that's his job right????🤔🧐🧐🧐🤐🙈🙉🙊

The location was good. Fenced parking was great and very secure can only get in with a key.

Missing stuff in the room like coffee maker, hair dryer, and phone and room wasn't really clean I'm paraphernalia and most of the rooms we've been in. But do like the staff during the day.

The office people were awesome and great. Bed was very comfortable and love the option for late check out

The Manger for housekeeping is very rude. We never got new towels when we asked had the go to the office for towels. And ants were in the room

Prices! Easy,, fast, no issues or annoying random things that they say we have to or can not do. Just simple. You pay for what you get. Appreciate them here at front desk.

When I forgot once to book on here they wouldn't match the price I pay every day for me.. made me only pay 10 bucks more which I appreciate but still fell like they should have gave me my normal same price. But it's okay now I don't forget to book on here every single day!

The staff was friendly and helpful we lost in the fire and they’ve worked with us. And, though there is a large homeless population they were kept at bay.

It would’ve been nice to make sure we had clean towels every day we had to go ask for them
