The Sandia Resort was a beautiful place to have as our hub for our visit to Albuquerque during Balloon Fiesta. Really centrally located on the I25, getting around from this location is quick and easy. But who wanted to leave?! The resort had so much to do and enjoy. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee, tea and water provided and a comfy king bed. The restaurant food was plentiful and tasty, and served with a smile. We enjoyed the casino and the daily draw offerings during Balloon Fiesta. It was warm enough in October to hit the pool, and the sports bar was a fun place to catch a game and a great Mojito! The spa and golf will entice us back in the future along with the friendly service.

This is a large property and it took us a bit of time to find the entry where the hotel reception is located (it’s the one furthest back, near the spa and golf area).

Super new facility that's very spacious, large, and grand! They do an excellent job of keeping the casino area separate from the resort area so that people who don't prefer to do the casino thing don't even have to see it if they don't want to... The pool area is very big and beautiful. The room was very large with an excellent bed that was very comfortable and everything was immaculately clean!

The major issue that caused this to not get at least a nine score is that the outdoor hot tub was out of service and there was no notification or opportunity to change our reservation... The front desk only had one knowledgeable person and many trainees that tried reasonably hard but just weren't up to the task... The shower in the room was nice but only had a very soft rainfall down head so it was really difficult to truly get clean... Also, despite having a massive parking area, there were no electric charge stations for those of us who have electric vehicles...

The resort was absolutely beautiful!

Two things. I got charged more than booking.com confirmed it would be. Second, the resort thought it would be a good idea to mow the entire golf course at 6 am. My husband and I got in late from a concert we had attended the night before on top of the long trip to get there. We were exhausted and sleep deprived the rest of the day because of the noise level. Not cool.

This resort was excellent! It is conveniently located, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Valet parking is free, the Council Restaurant had an extensive menu, and the pool area was clean and well staffed.

Clean, friendly, coffee onsite (a must), pool wasn’t overly crowded, sheets were awesome, rooms are spacious, A/C was self adjustable and quiet.

Location and amenities. Due to the limited amenities you probably will need to go out of the resort for things and it isn’t close to anything.

Very nice facilities throughout the resort- exceptionally clean. Very good food at all the restaurants. Room service was very speedy.

More selections on the room service menu would be nice.

The property and Sandia Mountains make this resort a special place.

Location of the resort is nice and calm, staff from check in, valet, dining and check out were all super friendly, room was spacious, also bathroom, wish we could have stayed longer

The checkin was easy, valet service, shuttle to our event, size of room, cleanliness of the casino.

At our company dinner, the steak was overdone.

Our deluxe king room was beautiful! We enjoyed our time at the new Sportsbook. Grant and Irene gave exceptional service.
