The breakfast consist of eggs,sausage bagel, toast, make your own waffles with syrup. Coffee, juices (orange, apple ) water and tea. They offer cereals with milk, instant oatmeal and grits and fresh fruit. Saves about 6 dollars or more at a fast food restaurant breakfast. The room was comfortable with A/C in the room. The king bed was very comfortable for sleep for my husband and I. We were on the second floor close to the elevator. Well worth the price for this lodging. Not expensive since we were out sight-seeing and purchasing boudin in Scott (Billy's) and a short visit to Coushatta casino (Kinder LA). Then off to Laberge, and Golden Nugget in Lake Charles. We liked Golden Nugget for the best slots. All the staff were very polite and kept the hotel cleaned. Kudos to making us feel welcomed. Will stay there again. Very close to taco bell, churches chicken, Burger King, and McDonald's.

The towels seemed a less quality than other hotels we have stayed. Did not like the 50 dollar hold put on your credit card. But it was refunded shortly after check out. The rooms were not too sound proof, so you could hear noise in the hallways but overall felt safe. This is definately and older Best Western which is evident by the carpeting (non smoking) but the staff kept it clean.

I loved it I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend anyone staying here or only is the guy who owns it extremely nice but there’s one in particular lady who cleans for him she was the sweetest person by far that had to be the owner sister or something because they were both very very sweet

it was the best I’ve slept in a long time. The rooms were very very clean. I felt safe with Owner. He’s a big Mike I don’t wanna mess with you guy so I knew that he would tackle somebody like football player. And wrap them up a little bit. If anything funny was to happen lol just kidding but overall I love this place. The price is great very accommodating. The whole hotel was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here even over any of the casino hotels I only have the staff friendly and accommodating I thought safe the hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my life, but it felt like I was at home, and that to me means more than anything so thank you guys for making me feel that way

The place may be somewhat old, but very clean and comfortable. I got there almost at midnight and expected the staff to be moody and mad... but the young lady who i woke up, was extremely kind accommodating and very professional. The same thing with the lady the next morning. If I ever go back to that town, I am planning to stay there.

We told the receptionist that we saw 1 roach he right away got to work on it. But everything is good

The breakfast was really good and Ms. Deborah in the breakfast area was the sweetest!!! She helped my kids make their plates and was so kind and helpful!!! We stayed one night for a quick stop, and we would stay again! Very convenient location for our needs and clean housekeeping!!! All staff was helpful!

the was a cleaning staff lady cleaning the breakfast area, Breakfast was over but she was very helpful and even gave us a piece of fruit from her own lunch, excellent staff member only wished I had gotten her name to mention her in this eval.

front desk personnel told us the wrong times for breakfast. when we got there it was already over. not very good customer service.

The staff were amazing! They were polite, helpful, and just all around great people! We were down for an emergency and they were very helpful and we had to extend our stay and they were very helpful in allowing us to do that
