The hotel was extremely clean. The items at breakfast are individually wrapped (fruit, bread, breakfast bars, utensils, muffins) and there was a machine to make pancakes. You pressed a button and placed your plate at the dispensing end of the machine to catch the pancakes (no pouring batter or unsanitary mess). The hotel staff in charge of breakfast, frequently came to make sure everything was clean an replenished. Everything was hot and fresh.

I liked everything.

Inside was clean. Furniture wasn’t stained up or worn out looking. Outside was clean and manicures. The outside was brightly illuminated at night.

Light by side entrance was defective area was dim. Both Elevator floor corners had dirt build up that cleaning staff needs to address. The floors were clean otherwise. Breakfast area was clean and organized. Staff kept the breakfast bar stocked to the best of their ability. Ice machine on 2nd floor was either broken or empty.

Honestly, the cleanliness alone was a HUGE plus for me! Something as simple as clean baseboards shows me that clean is important for your facility and most definitely important to me when I pay to stay somewhere

Breakfast was very good - trademark HI Express cinnamon rolls are always a highlight... along with "real" eggs!

check-in was a bit inefficient: when making the reservation I'd requested 2 rooms next door or across the hall from each other but that wasn't provided when we arrived. While they were able to accommodate the request, it took the (apparently) only staff person on duty some time to figure it out, keeping not just me but also other guests waiting a bit.

The lady who helped us check in also helped us with the TV (and apparently everyone else, haha) when they messed up with the weather. She went way above and beyond to help us, and I wish I could remember her name. She was working at 7pm on the 8th. I wish I could tell her supervisor how amazing she is and just as sweet as can be!!

We had zero issues. 10/10 would stay here again!

excellent location to casinos, local eaterys, people were very friendly. area location excellent, shopping stores on every corner, all streets run back and forth to the casinos and local stores. all together great area.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past years. Clean, comfortable, convenient location.

Front desk staff is not very friendly. They dp their job, but not very engaging. Does not appear they like the job.

Breakfast was good. Property was very clean and appeared to be new. Proximity to all local amenities nearby as well as the popular gaming casinos nearby.

The AC unit seemed to not work properly.

Clean and well appointed accommodations. The room was quiet and the location was very close to the freeway but there was no noise. Staff were courteous and breakfast was good.

Nothing.

I didn’t like the mattress and the staff services was not very good. It took two days before trash was taken out of room.My husband in his 80’s had to pull the luggage cart and push me in wheelchair at the same time.Terrible
