The room - 613 - was newly rennovated... it is gorgeous. It is more like an apartment that a hotel room. The view from th 6th floor is exceptional VERY QUIET, except for brief periods of renovation work VERY private... i needed the rest & also room to get my work done

Bc of construction it was usually hard to find a clear path to the hotel.... street listed on the address was usually closed down. Alternate routes shouldve been given, and signage re: that days way to hotel should hav been posted FROM 71st Street on in to the hotel. Very pet friendly & extra kind toward pets. I just wish there could have been some type of path, or green space, or little yard to walk my dog... location is surrounded by restaurants & convenience stores, but only parking lots, & streets congested w/ traffic surrounded th hotel.

The hotel room was very spacious, more than I imagined it would be. The staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the first floor and they were able to accommodate my request. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was ample with lots of choices. Even the coffee was good. The location was perfect for me, as it was only 10 minutes to family in either direction. There are restaurants within walking distance and a drug store. Just down the way, about 5 minutes, is a huge park, recreation area.

The only drawback is that if you call the number listed for the hotel it takes you to a call center. The person was hard to understand (thick accent). I was calling to see if the pool was open and was put on hold twice for about 10 minutes. When the person returned they merely stated the hours the pool was open and that it was large. Well, the pool was not open because it was March and it probably doesn't open until May.

The room was super nice. It was freshly renovated, super clean, and had a kitchen. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. The staff was very friendly. The place exceeded my expectations for the price.

The location is a bit far from the airport and downtown, and I should have rented a car because I spent a lot on Ubers. This is not a complaint about the hotel, just mentioning it in case it helps someone else's planning.

We got in around 10pm and the woman working the desk was awesome. Super nice and helpful. Room was a bit outdated, but comfy and BIG. I believe they were remodeling some of the upper floors, and we were on the second, so maybe updates to come? Either way, we liked it! Breakfast was nice too. Coffee and bagels were good for us, but they also had fresh eggs and sausage, cereal, etc. Would stay there again!

Very nice place. Room was pretty and the bed was comfortable. The property and the lobby were very clean and nicely kept.

There wasn't much space for luggage. The closet was so small and awkward that it was practically useless. I was disappointed there wasn't a better selection for breakfast. Also, there were three aggressive homeless men hanging around the parking lot. Two of them were laying up against the building - one near the benches on the side of the building and the other right outside the door to the fitness room. Lastly, it was a minor inconvenience that one of the elevators was not working.

Cleanliness . !! Elevators clean & Working ! Staff were exceptional ! Room had PLENTY of Room ! You could tell the hotel use to be SO much more & age is showing but still a REALLY nice place. & yes we checked NO B BUGS!! Breakfast could be SO MUCH more but that to has Diminished still a Really Good Continental tho. All in All the stay was a Great one for our family. We will return ! Really good front desk people !

Nothing that was ENOUGH to not come back. Really Enjoyed our stay !

Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly.

I was told a few days before arrival that the room type I booked (double suite) was not available, and I was offered a king suite or cancel. I booked months ago so it was quite disappointing.

Very comfortable, reasonably priced with the room block, enjoyed being able to use the comfortable lobby space for post-assembly conversation around shared bottles of wine.

Breakfast was chaotic - everybody was trying to eat breakfast at the same time on Saturday morning because it only opened at 7 a.m. and we all had to be at the assembly by 8. I also heard of one car break-in on the property from one of our assembly-goers.

It was quiet at night..because of the construction few people were at the hotel.

The construction was dusty and dirty..the front entrance was a mess…also there was a limited breakfast because of construction.

This is probably onepf my favorite hotles in Tulsa every time I go because is very close to the area I am there for.

The masttress could have been better, hopefully after they are fully renovated there are better mattress in all rooms.
