I loved the restaurant in the morning, my waitress was the SWEETEST! She went out of her way to get me Heavy Whipping Cream. The front desk attendant during my check in- late at night- was very nice and easy going. I have also been up to the Rooftop bar, and I love the views!

With the TV off and complete silence, I could hear a LOT outside of the room. My room was on the 5th floor and I could hear when vehicles were started outside on the street. I could hear people in the hallway, and the certain noises from the adjoining rooms. I was woken up a few times.

Beautiful room spacious classy room and bathroom. Very welcoming hotel very nice smart and intelligent staff they all acted like adults not children which I see a lot as I move around and travel so that was a blessing to me. Because the staff and the company set the mood and expectations everyone in the place is kind adulting and welcoming even all the patrons because the expectations and mood is set at the front door I shall return over and over again to the indigo hotel downtown Tulsa. One more thing the relaxing aroma that you smell is absolutely amazing I've never experienced that anywhere else thank you so much indigo hotel.

At first it was not being able to park my own car but once they explained how they would be at my service not just a few hours that would be convenient for them I did not mind paying the $32 for valet.

The location is perfect, there are many good restaurants with very good food and bars within walking distance. It is very convenient to all the freeways. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff is great and very helpful with anything you might need.

The only thing is that the hotel restaurant closes at 9pm so room service after that time is not available.

Spacious super clean room, nice view...excellent location with 10-15 restaurants or bar within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. ..Extremly safe area to walk at night...Hotel food was fantastic, definitely the top place to stay in Tulsa.

No room service on Sundays..But with so many restaurants around it was easy to find a great meal.

one person checking people in and there was a long line. a manager and another employee saw this and ignored it. it took 30 min to get check in. there are only 4 luggage carts in the entire hotel. good luck getting one. our room probably hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. and there were disposable contacts stuck to the sides of the bed and a nasty sock behind the desk gross

My husband and I came here from Shawnee for a night away, to celebrate my 33rd birthday. As we pulled into the hotel parking lot, our (new) truck died. (What crazy timing right?!) We were greeted by the super sweet valet employee, Montez. She and DJ were FABULOUS to help us find out a solution for our truck, being that we were out of town and didn't know anyone in the area to call. Montez was sweet enough to drive us to AutoZone and DJ jumped our truck twice! They also helped push our truck out of the way, along with some other amazing people who stopped to help! After no luck, DJ called his mechanic, and he came out after 9 PM at night to fix our truck. The other staff members were extremely accommodating, gracious and helpful throughout the whole process as well. We didn't get to follow through with our plans for the evening, but they gave me a birthday card and a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. I have NEVER been greeted with such caring attitudes from strangers who genuinely wanted to help us enjoy our night there. The hotel smelled great and was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Our room was clean, and we loved the decor & bed. Even if our night turned out a little different than we had planned, we feel like this staff far exceeds any other staff as we have stayed at many hotels over the years. Oh, and the roof top bar was AMAZING as well! What a beautiful touch on this hotel, we can't wait to come back again!

Everything was great!

I valet staff was very nice and accommodating. Ashlee at the front desk as a wealth of knowledge about the property and very helpful with everything I needed. The room was clean and quiet even though the hotel seems be to be decently busy. Paul was an excellent server and bartender in the Prospect restaurant as well.

I wish there were more of the devices that help to carry your bags out. There were only 4 and during busy times they went fast.

The restaurant and room service food was fantastic! Loved the decor, size and scale of the rooms.

The valet parking was a little pricey at 30.00 per day...Everything else was stellar.

Breakfast was delicious & great service!! Velet service was good. The hotel was beautiful & the gym was really nice. We didn't make it to the 6th floor to the rooftop bar.

The duvet cover had a stain that I wasn't sure of what it was, so I just took it off the bed. There was construction light next door to the hotelat night and early in the morning that was a little disappointing ... Considering I'm a light sleeper

Regarding the stay, the shuttle from the airport NEVER showed up!!!!we waited 35 minutes in the cold night air and no shuttle appeared. Called the hotel at least three time with no success. Finally paid for a taxi!!!!!!
