We needed a place for a night. We arrived quite late with small children so it was very convenient how close the hotel was to the station, definitely in front of the station as the name implied. It was also quite convenient that there was a Lawson downstairs because we needed a late dinner. The hotel is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, no matter the length. You can take different amenities freely at the reception floor. It looked like there was a humidifier, and other things you could borrow was you needed them. Breakfast is also an option, but we didn't take it. They even had amenities for children that they got as a little gift bag. There was a microwave on our floor by the elevator, which I assume is the same for all floors. It looks like there was a little balcony on the floor, which a lot of smokers used. Checkout is as simple as dropping your keys off in a container so there's little contact as possible if that's preferable to you. Overall a pleasant experience for what we needed. I can recommend it if you need a place to stop over and don't mind the limited space in the room.

The hotel is located perfectly, very close to the station. It is very clean and quiet. The breakfasts are typical Japanese thus might not be convenient for all guests. Staff is very kind and helpful, but desn't speak english. The hot drinks (coffee, tea) are served 15:00 pm-10:00 am for free. The room was small but enough. Comfortable and big bed. Shop just behind the corner.

Boring breakfasts. Tiny bathroom. Strange organization of providing new towels (if you don't inform staff, new towels will appear hanging on your doors). Thre are no cabinets, only cloth hangers.

Fantastic location and room. The room was spectacular and spacious by Japanese standards. Staff was friendly and location was very convenient. Very close to the train station, metro lines and convenience stores.

The only downside is it is a little hard to find as the entrance is shared with a corporate building. The entrance is also overshadowed by a Lawson's. Once the elevator is found once very easy to find again.

You can get breakfast on the day itself, from the reception desk. It cost Y700 per person during our stay. We had breakfast on a day where curry was available, so it was especially worth the cost. Also a real convenience with sufficient seating in the breakfast area and a reasonable spread of mostly Japanese-style breakfast items.

The room is really small for a couple and there is no luggage stand. We had two large size (not oversize) bags and were consistently getting in each others' way inside the room.

The hotel is near Okayama station. Breakfast was Japanese style and good. Room was spacious. I double checked my room looking for towels and didn't see them. The staff was nice enough and provided me extra towels when I asked, they didn't ask why. Turns out I didn't look properly and the towels were on a shelf above the toilet seat. They can keep your luggage for no extra fees after you checked out.

Exceptional location and value for money. Breakfast was traditional Japanese with limited Western choices and catered more or mainly for Japanese guests and clientele (families including travelling business people)

Excellent hotel very close to Okayama Station. The room was a good size with usual facilities, flat screen TV , fridge , kettle etc and spotlessly clean . Bathroom modern and bright

The breakfast included a wide variety of tasty food. It would be very good if the plastic covering on each of the dishes was eliminated. It didn’t seem to be necessary and environmentally it’s a massive long term problem.

Variety at breakfast

Overuse of single use plastic. It is totally unnecessary to cover new linen with plastic and to cover every dish with glad wrap. Trend cannot advertise itself as eco-friendly while it sustains this practice. They could also use washable hashi or at least not wrap them in paper.

So convenient to the station for day trips. 3 min walk. A good size room which was great for four days. Comfortable, clean, attentive staff, great breakfast.
