I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy and quick to get to the center in about 40-50 minutes. The environment is quiet, cozy, clean, and neat, providing a comfortable refuge from the bustling city. The owner of the hotel is particularly charming, kind, and always ready to assist in any situation, which greatly enhances the overall experience.

Everything is ok but however, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial if the room included some basic utensils such as cups, plates, cutlery, and a kettle, which would make the stay more convenient and homely. Additionally, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clear information about the check-in process beforehand.

Great room, Loved the smart TV, loved the view of the balcony. also there is a supermarkt super close by and its really close to the busstation that leades to the metro station. Great bathroom. Good and chill host. Yeah idk why but most reviews of this place are negative but I had a great time

The only thing to complain about is the location but you know booking this it will be far from the main city so what am I ever complaining about

- The location is far from the center, but Federico was so nice and caring, he told us exactly how to get to the center via bus/metro and even walked us to the bus station so we don't get lost, and get on the right bus!

It was a really nice room with a beautifull and really large bathroom. The room was cleaned every day and they took good Care with our stuff. We loved it and we sure recommand with any doubt. The man in charge was very nice and really helpfull, he helped us to find restaurant, taxi, good spot... Thanks to him again.

The only thing might be the distance from the center but its not excessive so it wasn't really a problem

The location was outside of the city close to the Metro. The beds were extremely comfortable. Ventilation in the room was good. The esthetics of the room was very modern.

Hot water was lacking. There was no coffee on sight but many shops close by.

The room had a TV with Netflix, good number of plug sockets in the room. Air conditioning was amazing - very quick and cooling. Beds were comfy. Location was a bit out of the city centre but very easy to access using public transport (buy a day pass for the public transport and you will definitely make your moneys worth!) (The photo I’ve added was taken as we were leaving so the messy beds was us - they were originally beautifully made! And the shutter on the window comes all the way down to block out light very effectively)

The shower leaked creating a puddle on bathroom floor (but the bathroom was very good besides that- powerful shower!!). We think we also worked out that if another shower was on at the same time then the hot water didn’t work for you until the other shower had stopped (this only happened once though)

the host was very friendly and helpful. loved the atmosphere of the room. private balcony was amazing. will be returning!

There wasnt a sign at the door saying it was the hotel but there is one up the road a bit funny thing

The host was kind and easily reachable. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You could take a bus right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the metro station.

The fridge was poor it was more like a cooler. The water we put inside only got cold after 10–11 hours.

The room has very nice furtniture, it was very clean, the bathroom also is amazing, we had the superior bedroom. The view from the room is nice, also the area is really peaceful. Federico is a really nice guy, who will tell you whatever u need for having a great time in Rome.
