Amazing view 🪟, we had a 3rd floor,sea view room, with a balcony Just in the center of the village near restaurants and coffee shops ,a parking free area almost opposite the hotel,always available Bed linen good, room very comfortable with a coach too

Breakfast should/could have better quality pastries and bread Some options for low fat cheese and/or gluten free, fresh juice too Moreover an espresso machine ( free of charge ) Relative to the room ,the towels had a strange smell ( clean but...) The tap water was not good , we had to use filter drinkable water for washing our faces or sensitive areas Complementary water ( 2 small bottles) should be placed in the rooms every day

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Pylos. The room is very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, air conditioning that worked great and a spacious bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and polite and gave us tips for our time here. It is 2 minutes walking from the central square and has a beautiful sea view. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We got the economy room with a back view, which only had a window, not a balcony. This was not very apparent from the images on the site, and we thought it was slightly pricey. This is however very minor and we had a great stay overall!

I liked the location of the accommodation in the town, from the terrace there was a beautiful view of the city and the port. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Although the hotel has its own private parking lot, there is a large public parking lot available in the port, i.e. near the hotel.

Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom, which is generally a problem in the three hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Really nice hotel, the owner / manageress was amazing, very welcoming and give directions and place of interest to see as we were driving around west Greece. Very relaxing place, there was a local issue with water pressure however they did everything they could to fix and gave water to support. Breakfast was good too, lots of choice and should suit all guest types (I’m a picky eater and it was suitable for myself).

Just the local water pressure issue, which we fully understand can happen & was no fault of the hotel itself other than that the hotel was perfect.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea together with a balcony we made use of even in November. There was a small fridge and kettle, good lighting and an excellent bed. The staff were very helpfull and friendly and the breakfast was fine. We would definitely stay here again.

For us it was great, the hotel is a good place to sleep in and tour from it does not have "extras" such as a pool or hot tub and we didnt expect one either :)

The facilities are old but the rooms are in very good condition. The view from the balcony was very good despite the fact that I had the worst room (116). The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff in reception was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a dissapointment. We stayed there 2 days and there wasn't any hot water in the bathroom (at any time). The safe lock wasn't working. The cleaning staff was sitting outside of my room and chatting early in the morning (I could hear them from my room).

Staying at the Karalis was easy. A gorgeous view of Pylos, a leisurely walk into the harbour with all its beautiful cafes, restaurants and shops. Our room had a balcony overlooking the whole town. The room itself had brilliant air conditioning, comfortable beds, a great shower and it was newly renovated. Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was plentiful with variety to suit all palates. The view from breakfast was the perfect way to start our day. The staff were always ready to assist in any way friendly and accomodating.

The services offered were impeccable, meeting all my expectations. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention must be made of the owner, whose personal touch truly enhanced my experience. I am already marking my calendar for my stay next year. For anyone seeking an unmatched hospitality experience, I cannot recommend the Karalis City Hotel highly enough. It's not just a hotel; it's a haven of comfort and luxury.

In response to what could be better, it's honestly hard to find any area of improvement for Karalis City Hotel. Given the price point, the value is exceptional. The room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view from the balcony, showcasing the serene sea, majestic mountains, and the graceful passage of ships. It was a sight I eagerly anticipated every morning. Everything, from services to ambiance, seems well-thought-out and tailored for a memorable experience.

Location and stunning views. Everything you need is a walkable distance away and there is plenty of parking nearby. Lots of choice at breakfast, all nationalities catered for and you can take your breakfast tray into the terrace and take in the views of the water. Staff really helpful.

There are some tiny things that make the bathroom awkward to use: there is no toilet roll holder and the paper is stacked behind you, the one towel rail is directly above the toilet so that wet hands drip onto the toilet seat and there is only a tiny shelf for toiletries. Just needs a little more thought.

The View was excellent and the washroom was newly renovated. The small kitchen would be great if we were staying longer.

We enjoyed the balcony but would be uncomfortable if the neighbours were also on their balcony. Some sort of privacy screen would help. The the waste bin was far from the toilet and there was no place to hang toilet paper. There was a towel cart which was slightly blocking the path to the toilet and we moved it out into the room.
