Excellent Stay at Address Jabal Omar, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement. My recent stay at the Address Jabal Omar was truly enjoyable, despite some notable issues with housekeeping. To address a common concern, the hotel's location is often misunderstood, but rest assured that the property offers a convenient shuttle service that takes merely 2 minutes to reach the Dar ul Tawhid area, placing you just a short walk from Gate 79, also known as the King Fahad gate. I found the hotel more convenient than staying in Clock Tower’s hotel. The hotel's property is breathtakingly beautiful, with spacious rooms that exceed expectations. My Kaba-view room was simply stunning, offering an unparalleled view of the holy site. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide range of options to cater to diverse tastes.

However, the housekeeping department fell short of the high standards set by the hotel. Despite multiple requests, my room was not cleaned for two consecutive days, which was not only disappointing but also unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I estimate having called the housekeeping department at least 20 times, only to be met with inaction. It became apparent that the hotel's housekeeping staff is understaffed, with only one or two cleaners assigned to each floor. This shortage of personnel resulted in delayed responses to requests and a general sense of neglect. Furthermore, the hotel's policy of not replenishing room amenities, such as toiletries, without a specific request, added to the inconvenience.

Everything from A-Z, location was great , imagine you walk to Qabah in 15 mins during Ramadan that was amazing Fatoor ( Ramadan breakfast) greaaaaaat ❤️ The Musala ( prayer floor ) in the roof overlooking the holy mosque was unbelievable. Rooms & loby excellent I had a great journey my father and I were so happy to perform Omerah and staying in this hotel. Thank you for everything 🌹🌹🌹

I understand the crowd and the huge no. Of ppl coming during Ramadan, but the receptionists need to be more professional and understanding what is it to have a long trip and the need of old ppl. Just an opinion otherwise you all are perfect.

We were three guests sharing a room, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of our accommodation. The room was beautifully designed, offering ample space for all of us without feeling crowded. One of the standout features was the floor-to-ceiling window, which provided a breathtaking view of Al-Haram Mosque. Waking up to such a stunning view every day was an unforgettable experience, creating a sense of peace and connection to this sacred place. The amenities in the room were thoughtfully arranged, especially the coffee and tea set, which was not only complete but also elegantly presented. It added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay, allowing us to enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee while taking in the view.

The shuttle bus that takes pilgrims from Address Jabal Omar Makkah to the mosque is very strange. It drives in circles, takes a long time, and stops far from the mosque. It's better not to take it. Walking is also difficult and far because you have to go uphill, and the escalators often don’t work.

I have probably stayed in over a thousand hotels of all kinds during my lifetime. (mostly work) I would rate Address Jabal Omar in the top 2 of all time. Breakfast was amazing. Great food, lots of variety and fresh. Service was excellent, regardless of the restaurant I went to (4 restaurants). some of the staff made the effort to know my name I also knew theirs by the end of the stay. No request was too small, they were all responsive immediately. Special mentions to Yousef in the first floor restaurant for the extra special service for me and my family. The cleaning staff on the 16th floor were all amazing also. Amir, the bell boy and the mainitenance staff when there was an issue withe the door lock. Also Abdul Rahman Shaykh the night manager is a true gentleman - Thanks to all for making the hotel stay one of the best and most memorable. The shuttle bus was always available. In the week that I was here, we never had an issue. On the one occasion I decided to walk, it took around 5 mins, but make sure you go through the lower ground floor of the Hilton Convention Centre, up the escalator and then out of the front entrance. The Address hotel is just diagonally opposite and the walk will save you 3-4 minutes compared to walking along the outdoor path,

Checking out - I wish I stayed longer!

Clean, spacious

To reach Al Haram you need to get the shuttle bus for 4 minutes ride then you get to golf cart for short distant then finally they drop you off near Intercontinental Dar Altawheed. Very cumbersome journey.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. It provided a unique and unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. The level of attention and care from the staff, especially Mr. Lababidi, was remarkable. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed. It had everything I needed, and the surprise upgrade to a room with a Haram view, thanks to Mr. Lababidi, made it even more special. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was a highlight of my trip. The hotel’s facilities were nothing short of amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities they offered. Everything was well-maintained, and it truly added to the overall experience. What made my stay even more convenient was the shuttle service. The fact that there was a shuttle available every 5 minutes, and the driver was so respectful, made getting around the area incredibly easy. I can confidently say that this hotel deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. It’s a place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding and memorable stay, all thanks to the excellent staff like Mr. Lababidi. I can’t wait to return in the future!

Luxury, nice smell, great service, car parking, , prayer bridge is amazing Rooms are clean and great, elevators are great, staff very nice, bus service to C1 , roses, breakfast,

I know how busy you are, but I had 3 rooms, you could find small sticky service, carpet looks used significantly, I know some guests does not care to keep things clean , but the ADDRESS should be extra care, room needs to be checked by supervisor after cleaning

Everything was above average, from the service, to the treatment of the staff, to the hotel workers, to the rooms. Everything was special and exactly as requested.

Everything is excellent, but the hotel is seven minutes away from the Haram on foot. I would like to suggest that you draw a plan to build a bridge or a crossing from the hotel to the Haram. The bus idea is good, but if I come to pray in Mecca, I have to leave the hotel two hours before the prayer so that I can join the prayer at the Kaaba to perform my duty.
