Great option for lodging before heading into the mountains. The parking was great and the walk along the nearby reservoir was fantastic.

We only stayed for a very short time and didn’t try the breakfast or pool. There was some nice but loud music outside our room until about 10pm.

Quiet environment! Hotel offer everything to make you feel good. Afternoon tea,vouchers for playing some game were part of the room fee. The gym is very good for a Hotel. They also have bike available for free.

The staff are lovely, very kind and helpful. The facilities are great - lots of good food choices, a nice pool, a great spa where you can get an excellent massage, etc. The bed is extremely comfortable and you can choose a time for housekeeping to come in advance. I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms are a bit dated, with scuffed walls. The air conditioner runs quite cold.

Beautiful bouquet of flowers in the entrance. Massive entrance hall to the hotel, high ceilings. Lots of facilities. we missed last orders for food but they especially cooked for us. Beds were firm which was great for my bad back. There is also a softplay room which was nice for the kids and there is a decent looking gym 👍

The facilities albeit are many and available look a bit tired (old). the sauna was not in operation and the steam room was not warm enough. the outdoor pool was nice but cooler in the colder months (children were in and out).

The view from the pool was pretty nice. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel is okay, but I wouldn't call it 4 stars. Really geared towards local guests. Room was fine but freezing. The staff informed us that the ac was central and couldn't be adjusted from the room. It really is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants, no food delivery available.

Very kitschy decorations in the common spaces... Our room was opening onto... the main ballroom, without external opening. Can’t imagine if a fiesta had been going on. The smallest menu was also far too big for just two, but there was nowhere else to eat nearby...

Loved the food! The staff was super nice helping me with the menu. The meal was so great that I would come back only for the food. Generally speaking, the staff of the hotel showed lots of kindness. Thank you for your hard work and beautiful smiles.

The owner of the hotel should consider renewing almost EVERY part. The swimming pool is just disgusting, full of mold. Women shower heads are all broken and old like my grand grand mom. I can't imagine the owner asks so much money per night, giving this kind of terrible quality of things around. To be fair, the room was clean enough and beautiful.
