A truly lovely property! The lobby, the room, everything was perfect: clean, modern, comfortable. The staff were especially helpful with recommendations and storing my bicycle in a secure room off the lobby. The soaking tub was a marvel and much appreciated after my long ride! There is a convenience store just around the corner and a local eatery "Turkey Rice" which was a great spot for a quick dinner or takeout.

I liked the room, the entire design of the hotel. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast was good but if you stay longer time the choice is not so big.

Swimming pool on the roof was opened only till 18:00.

We loved the hotel. We went for the pool on the roof, but we loved almost everything. Our daughter loved the mascot.

The parking situation is terrible. They should have some sort of shuttle from the other lot or scooters people can use to just drive back and forth from the hotel to the parking lot.

Welcoming staff and beautiful facilities to come to after spending 3 days in Alishan. The breakfast offering and buffet were well done. The rooftop lounge had beautiful views of city and yummy cocktails..

Private hot spring although a bit smaller than I expected. Friendly and helpful staff. Vibe & deco are great.

Gym and breakfast were too basic

This hotel is so aesthetic and cute. And amazing value for what you get-- rooftop infinity pool, big soaking tub, cute Japanese onsen robes, a beautiful tea making set up, comfy bed, and pleasantry all around.

we love the bathtub in the room, it was so relaxing after a whole day walking. Good portion for breakfast, enough for one person. Staff are helpful and polite.

no so convenient to attraction spot. Waiting time for public transport is very time consuming.

Beautiful property / little oasis in Chiayi. Booked a room with a tub, and loved that the room included local teas.
