The eggs, the oatmeal, and the potatoes were very good. The coffee was excellent. The service was prompt and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. So much so we've booked another night there.

Guests cannot access the exit doors from outside other than through the lobby. We went to take a walk from an exit by our room and ended up having to walk around the building to get back in. Also, one of the keypads to get in on the side of the building by the lobby demagnetized my room card.

Great pool for the kids. Quiet spaces. Incredible value for the location and having our dog with us. Great breakfast buffet for the morning too.

Dinner at the restaurant was having changes to menu and not communicated well. Understaffed at dinner too.

Welcoming

Garbage overflowing in lobby no dining room options for Christmas or Christmas Eve. 3 dining rooms and no food options. Disappointed. Asked for room away from the elevator and away from the hustle and bustle of being by the elevator. Was put in room next to the elevator and not were I had requested. Front staff was great. Bathtub kept dripping all day after we showered. Lamp shades broken and hanging. Scuffed up furniture. Not too inviting for new guest. Says room service was a option clearly wasn't.

Good location and nice workout facility. The rooms were pretty good although not to the level of excellence I've seen at other Crowne Plazas around the world. The price was decent but I was expecting more upscale

My room was not cleaned on the second day. I was traveling alone so had enough towels, but needed to make the trip to the front desk to beg some more coffee for the room.

I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. I checked in at 2am arriving from Chicago. My room keys were ready. I was able to go straight to my room without delay. My room was close to the desk on first floor as requested. My room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing like the bad reviews I would stay again. Overall a big beautiful hotel.

Well the hotel is so big that parking is a bit of a walk but free. The pool is far probably from any room. But it is open clean and being monitored by staff. So that's a plus considering how many kids running around. I didn't go to breakfast or anything so I have no comments but it was offered.

The staff are very helpful, professional, and kind. Also, the property is well maintained, and the Sunday brunch is impressive.

Parking, but to be fair, there was a cosplay event happening all weekend.

The building is comfortable and beautiful. The decor, especially the live plants, gives a feeling of comfort and ease.

There is nothing for me to complain about.

Very accommodating with handicapped shower. Front desk lady when we checked in was extremely helpful and cheery.

All the taxes on the room price were too much!
