Lack of furniture, TV system

Good location. Near to good restaurants. Clean. Quiet. Good view of the beach. Friendly staff.

It seemed like it was necessary to pay for most TV channels. The shower floor was covered with small, smooth stones, which are irritating to the heels. Therefore, I will not be returning to this hotel. I injured my heel permanently at another location with a similar shower floor.

Spacious modern room with fridge and kettle and Keurig. Pool. Noise from PCH not a problem. Lovely Italian restaurant next door.

No microwave in the room, but one available in the common lounge. Men digging up the PCH at 0230. Difficult to cross PCH.

fantastic location right opposite the beach, we even had a a sea view through the building opposite. great concept where there was a cupboard for fresh towels, toilet rolls coffee etc for when you needed more as there is no maid service (unless you pay $40) but it wasn’t needed plus there was a little hoover at reception for any mess you may make in your room there’s was a great breakfast/brunch practically next door which we went to each day. I would recommend a room with balcony for fresh air. the Roku tv was great as you could log in to your own prime, Netflix etc

the bathroom needed some attention to the shower fitting as the handle was loose

Our 2 stay in this hotel. Hotel is very nice, clean, staff is very good, free parking in the location, close to the beach, a lot of restaurant close by 1 minute ! ( Italian restaurant, restaurant for breakfast, evening, diner ) I very recommend this place! Wonderful! 5 star! Thank you ! Also the prices if very reasonable and affordable for family and couple !

Johnny was so nice and made sure our 2 night stay was a comfortable and relaxing experience. We loved being across the from the beach. Also Andrea and Sam were helpful by giving us suggestions of where to eat and directions of how to get there. The three of them all went above and beyond their jobs to make our stay was an enjoyable time.

front desk has no phone, no way to call them directly, only to call center. they almost make you download their app where you have to register, create account, give all your info, credit card info, upload your id for verification.. unacceptable for me. also there is no microwave in the room, but there are couple in the lounge area.

the walls are a little thin so the noisy neighbors where a little disruptive, but all In all still a great hotel.

Really great place and location and facilities. Has free parking just register your car.

I did not appreciate the extreme check-in instructions through the phone ahead of time when you could just normally check in , in person until 11pm anyways. Forcing people to take photos through an app and submit your Google password is extra and allows for data leaks.
