Lovely breakfast, lots of various options. English breakfast, meats, cheese, breads, baked goods. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Scooters outside the hotel, to ride down into play de las Americas, which takes 7 mins or a 20min walk.

Our room didn't have aircon but we didn't mind too much as it didn't affect our sleep and we were out all out all day any

Food was poor.

Rooms, staff, foods, bathroom everything was very good. Breakfast was fresh, rich, delicious and diverse.

My room was with street face and the car traffic made me too much noise. I couldn’t keep the window open at night because there’s a lot of mosquitoes comes in.

Loved the first room we were in as it overlooked the pool.

Unfortunately had to move room due to unforeseen circumstances. It was still a lovely room but there was a big crack in the bath that leaked rust.

Air con not great but ok. But of a walk to centre but not too bad if you don't mind walking.

Found the location for a family ideal. could walk into the main areas within 10mins never had any problems walking there . The cleaning lady (apologies never got her name) that cleaned out apartment was fantastic with the kids .she left the apartment in perfect condition each day and she even tucked the kids teddy bears into the folded sheets both kids loved it. Will definitely stay here again if we visit south Tenerife

Loved everything small suggestions Sweeping brush for apartment (small dustpan and small brush provided) but having small kids dropping crumbs would be handy having a brush. The bath became extremely slippery while showering small kids we had to use small towel to stand on . I understand having a bathmat would be extremely unhygienic for so many apartments

It was very clean. It wasn’t noisy at all day or night. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The aircon in the bedroom and the living area made it very comfortable too. We loved having our own pool with our apartment. It was a great luxury.

You would assume WiFi was included in the price but it wasn’t an issue for us. It’s about 15 minutes walk into the centre which was fine but might be a little long for some people. The fact it is a little further out resulted it in it being very quiet so you can’t have it every way :)
