Where do I begin? Firstly, I have been unable to find another resort that offers villas with private pools as well as an all inclusive board option. This was our first abroad holiday with our daughter, who turned 1 shortly after we stayed at Green Garden, and the fact that we had our own space and could ensure that she could enjoy swimming without the risk of larger children bumping into her etc was a huge comfort. This kind of privacy is usually self catering but the all inclusive food and drink meant that we didn’t have to worry about cooking and could focus on enjoying ourselves. The villa was AMAZING. Extremely spacious, clean, and excellent amenities. We were provided with a stair gate, pool guard, nappy bin, toys, bottle warmer, baby food maker (though we didn't need this), steriliser, the list goes on. The food was lovely and we enjoyed the different theme each night which meant a good variety. We have travelled all over the world before we had our daughter and I can’t think of a friendlier group of staff. Everybody was so smiley and accommodating and other guests that we spoke to, who had stayed at Green Garden before, said that staff turnover seems very low, meaning it must be a happy place to work as well as stay. Big shout out to Katy on the waiting staff in particular. We will certainly it be back!

The only downside to the villa was that the two bedrooms were on different floors. It was fine for us as our baby was in a travel cot (which was provided) but it might be tricky with children between ages of two and maybe 5, who wouldn’t fit in a travel cot but also might be too young to be so far away.

Very clean resort loved the 1 bedroom villa comes with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and in the front room 2 single beds its sleeps 4 you can also get a free travel cot if you need one Location was good 10 mins walk from siam park and siam mall Playa de Americas was only 15 mins walk cab cost €8 The reception were lovely and the cleaners 10/10 the restaurant staff were a little rude Entertainment was in the restaurant if you are not all-inclusive then you sit at the back because guests that are eating are already sitting on the tables The entertainment was only on for a hour its all shut early at 10.30 We didn't bother going to the entertainment because it was more like a restaurant we went into town most nights when we got back early a few times everything was closed Overall it's a lovely resort if you want peace and quiet

This was our second time in the resort. We loved it a first time 2 years ago and still love it. Would like to return third time as well Pros: - clean, silent, not too large and not crowded - always available parking (sometimes no free spots on street, however you can use hotel private parking for free). - family villas are awesome - two rooms, kitchen, nice backyard. A lot of toys in the room to keep your kids occupied

Breakfast is ok, but boring to eat the same food for 10 days in a row. I would suggest to have at least salt and oil in the kitchen for use of clients who want to cook by themselves. Not problem for us because we went with car everywhere, but in case you do not rent car - this hotel is a bit far from ocean and located in the hill

The hotel stay was overall enjoyable. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff at the restaurant were very kind, which made a real difference. Breakfast was excellent, while dinner was just average. However, the reception service was disappointing. We weren’t informed about the underground parking, which caused issues since we had a rented car. On our last day, we had to check out early and couldn’t access the breakfast we had paid for. Despite offering simple solutions, like providing a coffee machine (available in other rooms), the receptionist was unhelpful and rude, definitely not the attitude you’d expect in hospitality.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is a true paradise! Green Garden Eco Resort is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures – they simply can’t capture its charm. The resort is perfectly maintained, everything is clean and new, and the lush greenery makes it feel like a tropical oasis – you can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping it so beautiful. For kids, it’s an absolute dream – animations, playgrounds, sandpits, and so many activities that boredom is simply not an option. The staff? Super friendly and helpful at every step. And the food? Delicious! A huge selection at breakfast with fresh and tasty options. We wish we could have stayed longer, but one thing is for sure – we’ll be back 100%! 💚🌴

Whole resort is masterpiece, plenty of palm trees, different types flora, clean, and beautiful. The resort is in middle of golf fields so really safe for kids to play free within resort, one way in and out through friendly and professional reception. Staff is friendly and helpful. Villas and rooms was great, kitchen, bedroom and living room is a minimum, really comfy, terrace is attached to each villa, some of them have even balcony. Room service exceptional. There are 3 swimming pools, one with weather temperature water, one with heated water, and one for babies 0,5m deep, mu 9 month old baby was love it. Not overcrowd. Food was great. No routine, everyday different meal theme, mexican, american, chinese, oriental... very useful app to inform about what to expect on meal, also very tasty. Beautiful place, great for families to relax and enjoy family time.

taxi charged me 45 euro for 15-20 min drop to airport, is a bit overcharge, even for tourists.

My stay at the hotel left only the most positive impressions. It all began with a warm and welcoming reception — the staff were extremely polite, explained everything about the hotel and its services in detail, and quickly handed over the room keys. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and well-equipped — everything needed for a comfortable stay was readily available. Housekeeping was done daily and always to a high standard. The hotel grounds were a real highlight: incredibly beautiful and meticulously maintained. There were both heated and non-heated pools, and there were always enough sun loungers for all guests. For children, there’s a playroom and a variety of entertainment options, making it a great choice for families. Our rate included only breakfast, but it truly exceeded expectations — the food was delicious, and the variety offered something new to enjoy every day.

This hotel is a great choice for families with children — there are plenty of amenities and entertainment options designed for them. However, if you’re traveling without kids and looking for a more peaceful atmosphere, it might be a bit challenging at times, as children are often active around the pools and common areas. We really enjoy swimming in the ocean, and the walk to the beach takes about 20–25 minutes. It’s manageable, but worth keeping in mind. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus that runs every morning after breakfast ends, which is a very convenient option.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

- Exceptionally clean and comfortable - Lovely villa and large private terrace - Great kids play area and organised activities - Heated kids pool - Homely hotel layout and atmosphere - Great breakfast selection (crazy that some reviews criticise it for being the same every day, which is true but only because they have everything you could realistically expect - and more!)

- Just a word of warning that the location is not ideal for those wanting to walk into town, especially with kids. Google Maps suggests you can walk through the golf course but we were told that’s not actually possible, so you have to first walk north for 5 mins or so before then walking around the golf course to go south. But if that’s the price to pay for a lovely quiet setting, then it’s more than worth it! - It’s great that there is a small convenience store on the premises (particularly given the above point), but it was regularly closed when it should have been open (though also often the other way around, which was a nice surprise at times!)

It’s a very relaxed atmosphere on the resort, very lush and green with the grounds very well kept. The size of the villa was brilliant, with a kitchen area, good bathroom, comfortable beds and the garden looking out to the golf course was fantastic! Location was perfect for us, a little away from the busy sea front areas but within easy walking or e-scooting distance. The staff are amazing, so warm and friendly and mighty efficient. The spa was lovely and Claudia was excellent. Yes, all inclusive can be a bit the same, but it’s all done very well and the pancakes at breakfast are wonderful!

There are small things as ever, but on the whole we had a brilliant week and would return!
