Good Valued accommodation in the heart of the City. Everything worked as required, however the facility could do with some maintenance. Happy with stay.

The hotel was great. Right in the Main Street and close to everything you need

The bay is under construction and the main view from the hotel is destroyed. The construction started at first light and continued to around 10pm. Do not book this hotel for the view

The hotel staff is friendly. They booked tickets for vin wonders and bus tickets to da lat. The hotel room is clean and worth it for money. It is very near to nha Trang beach and you can find a lot of hotels nearby. They also provide rental bikes. You don't have any balcony. The window is small and you will find a ladder. Worth for money. Comfortable for 2 person.

If you open the bathroom, you will find a straight away bedroom. Sometimes after you use the bathroom, you will find a bad smell. Could have better exhaust.

The room was nice and the hotel was very close to sea and has all the amenities around the area like food, money exchange, supermarket etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. They give water and coffee everyday which was quite nice. They have weight machine at the reception to weight the suitcase and a good parking lot to park rental bike. They also can book cab to airport if required.

The housekeeping is too loud and a bit weird. They took my toothbrush :( but they are nice enough to give new one . Also some days they forgot to give us small towels and mat to put it near washroom. The shower from washroom was leaking to the main room which was a bit disappointing. Also we can hear everything outside so not sound proof.

We stayed at this hotel last year and I gave it a 9/10. Our room was really good, constant high pressure hot water was great and the aircon worked fine. Huge balcony on our king suite with nice table and chairs and a nice ocean view. (Room 806). The reception staff were really good and helpful too.

The first morning we went for our free breakfast, they would only let one person in for free which was annoying. The receptionist did change it for the next day but still... The breakfast quality had dropped significantly. No cereal and hence no milk for coffee, just some super sweet, thick condensed stuff. No more toast bread, just thin stuff and even that was cut into halves and no preserves either. Ok breakfast if you're a rabbit. I only went to breakfast once as it was so poor, as was the WiFi, a complete waste of time. They advertise a free airport shuttle but don't have that service and also late check out but that isn't available either.

Excellent value for money hotel, considering we paid $38AU per day for a King suite room, breakfast included. Hotel is the city center, but in the small alley, so no traffic noise in the morning. A few min waking to the beach. Basic rooms, not much of a storage but the bed was extremely comfortable which was very important as we were staying for 10 days. There was a sofa in a Kings sute. No sofa in other types of rooms. There was a safe in the room. Breakfast is a little bit basic, steamed vegetables, couple of salads, fried rice, noodles, fruits, can book eggs and nice soup, plus good Vietnamese coffee. I would eat soup every morning, it was so nice. Nice friendly cafe opposite the hotel, with nice food and cold beer, and they do money exchange as well in the cafe. Overall my expectations were exceeded for the price we paid. Will stay again, if returned.

Slippery floor in the bathroom, when wet. Rubber mat would be useful. Would be nice to have the stands for our suitcases. They were on the floor otherwise.

The hotel has a superb location-only 2min walk from the public beach. All necessary facilities are around- a number of inexpensive diners, laundry services, a few supermarkets, fresh juice and snack cafes. Unlike many other hotels in Nha Trang, Prime hotel serves decent breakfasts suitable for European taste. Air conditioning works properly, the room was neat and regularly cleaned. The rooftop swimming pool works until 10pm, which is great for those willing to relax after dinner. Sea view is absolutely fantastic from both the room and the rooftop pool too. Special thanks to reception desk lady Giang, who made our stay very comfortable. She helped us in all necessary matters, even arranged railway tickets for an internal trip in Vietnam. Without her help we would have definitely faced a language barrier at the train ticket box. We plan to return back to Nha Trang in coming spring and will definitely stay at Prime hotel again. P.S. a big plus is Smart TV in the room allowing to watch Youtube and own cinema applications. We really felt like home there.

Virtually nothing. The egg station man at breakfast could improve English a bit for better communication with tourists.

Loved the location of this property! Very central to everything in Nha Trang. The room was very clean and looked after and was such good value for money. Staff were very accommodating- we had a sleeper bus that left at 8pm after we had to check out. We approached staff and they were able to offer us a smaller room for the rest of the day at a 300,000 VND charge which was so lovely to have instead of not being able to relax in a room and shower etc

There was an exit door with a bright green exit sign in our room that we couldn’t turn off, we ended up just having to cover it with a towel which was annoying. We booked a room with balcony and there wasn’t really one… it was tiny with no view at all. The pool was also alright but wasn’t looked after and was quite dirty but was still fine and good to cool off

Great price, just off of beach path with safe and easy walking around. Loads of shops and restaurants within steps, with convenience shop directly across from entrance. Noise from new year celebration set up but assume just once a year. Not luxury but clean enough. Housekeeping daily and very efficient. Good hot water and air conditioning. Comfortable beds and sufficient outlets in good spots. Motion sensor lights in all hallways. Great to have small terrace with chair/table and good view of beach- very nice sunrise view!

Fridge freezer leaked water but no big deal. Took stairs frequently instead of elevator and often blocked or had garbage, but assume folks rarely take stairs so no big deal. Breakfast (optional - suggest not including with your reservation and paying 80,000 dong in the morning once you take a look)- staff were kind enough to suggest this to me as I was later in morning- at that time very few options and not particularly appetizing (but noting it was my choice). Perhaps earlier breakfast shift times fresher and more variety.

Great location, room good size, small balcony ( no seating or anything on it though) shower & bathroom good, air con good, down a littlealley street with several other hotels, roof top infinity pool - water way too cold so didn't use, lots shops and eateries opposite - one especially the food was Excellent! Close to beach, night market, food places, shops, and really cool bar couple streets away full of old motorbikes & has live music -( Palm Villa ) very clean promenade and beach, very busy at sunrise which is Spectacular! Wouldn recommend

Could do with seats/table on balcony, toilet roll in bathroom & towel.change would've been nice even though only stayed 2nights
