Great things: room very comfortable, reception staff helpful, room cleaning ladies do a good job, wonderful location and great view from Executive room.

Breakfast - quality and variety of food needs improvement. Staff not as pleasant as others in the hotel. Stairwell that leds to pool - the rail is hard to hold and needs cleaning, needs better lighting.

Great location (2 minutes to the beach), beautiful view from the window, friendly staff, daily cleaning, everything needed for a comfortable stay, and many cafés nearby. About a 10-minute walk away is Nha Trang Center (shopping mall), where on the top floor you can play bowling and various board games. Almost across from the hotel is a laundromat with staff. There are also many small grocery stores and souvenir shops. One of the hotels where we would stay again.

Location was perfect to everything, walking distance to the beach, nightlight, and night market. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was decent, the bathroom was the most annoying thing as the floor gets flooded after you shower so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you want to use the toilet or sink only. There was also small ants on the beds that you won't notice unless paying attention.

Overall, I love this hotel and don't have much to complain about. The rooms are clean and comfy, wifi and Aircon work well, the breakfast buffet and staff are nice, and it's super close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops.

Well, one day when it was really rainy our whole hotel room got flooded over night which wasn't great as our bags got wet just before we had a 10h bus ride ahead of us. 😒 On the bright side, the staff tried to help and get rid of the water as soon as we made them aware of it. It would be nice if for the future they'll do something to keep rainwater from entering through the balcony door. Also, some of the staff at the reception should try to improve their English a bit to be able to communicate with international customers better.

Room and toilet, both clean. Shower is very good! water is so strong. Bed is not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast is average, just simple. Not too fussy. Staff is friendly. You can leave your bag with them if you arrive early. The Hotel has a weighing machine to weight your bag. Location is superb, cross street to Nha Trang beach. Fantastic room with a view on top floor,great location

People using swimming pool on the roof early in the morning and late at night,make a lot of noise and water everywhere near the lift and inside.should be policies in place .

Good location with a view on the ocean, many restaurants close to the hotel, nice and comfy rooms with big bed, rain shower and free toiletries, very good price, very clean, room service 👍🏼, we got an amazing deal (80% off)

breakfast buffet was not great. They had mostly Asian food and no good bread :( The staff was also not especially nice and in the end they charged us for water (considering the fact that it’s a 4 star hotel we expected it to be free)

Very clean, comfortable, large and quiet. In addition to powerpoints near the bed I was able to operate all lights from the bed. The desk and chair are a good size and height for using a computer.

There was some thumping noise from a band/nightclub nearby. It was quite muted so not really enough to trouble me but might be of concern to some.

Location near beach and stores and cafes. It was easy for me as a solo senior. Breakfast included. Room cleaned daily Very helpful staff at desk!
