The facility is clean during check in and also the pool is convenient to access. the scenery is beautiful and easy access to the beach. Guarded area and safe.

The TV channel is not functioning during check in and need to call maintenance and they give decoder. Should improve for netflix / youtube services for better experience

Great value for a resort with private beach. Yet, there are rooms of improvements: 01. The building is old - i think could have some better refubrishments 02. Overall cleanliness not satisfactory - i found the "smell" of old building all times...my wife also saw some spider webs - very small few though. yet, i think i might go back again specially the place is big, easy parking and a beautiful private beach.

The old is looking old moderate cleanliness a bad smell lift could be a bit more cleaner.

I've stay here before in 2020. Current facilities, accommodation is totally changed. Nice staff when i've got problem with an A/C, they immediately take action to change my room. It's a good start to attract more tourist. If you're planning to brought your child to play at the beach. Here is the place. It's more safe due the beach is more sloping and of course it's private.

Actually it's not a problem. But it's better if tv can get a decent channel. Maybe some family don't bring their family go out at night. So, TV's should be their companion.

Room very spacious, linen was clean and smell free, staff was friendly and efficient. Didn’t go in the pool but it looked extremely clean with lots of families enjoying. Beach area was well maintained

The building itself is pretty run down, the stairs and hallways are full of dead insects. It is understandable as it is a huge property to upkeep and the occupancy doesn’t seem very high.

The beach scenery and the swimming polo werw great.My son everyday went for swimming.The Tiara cafe atmosphere were excellent beside the swimming polo.

The front receptionist should improved to deal with customer problem.On 13/2 morning went to receptionist to inform to clean the room but when came back in the evening found that the room were still not clean.Call the receptionist only the housekeeping came to clean the room.

The entire penthouse was superb. the living room was big enough. the 5 bedrooms was just nice . the pool was superb too. the beach ok lah.

during our stay the 2 lifts no working and we have to climb the staircase till 4th floor with all the small kids and all the stuff we bring. Pls replace the lift with new one.

Just minor things like name not listed in breakfast list even after payment/booking made, the elevated curb from the rectangular pool area entering into the hotel blocks, lift had no lights on at night, lift floor indicator panel closed, and tea a bit too sweet on the first day we sat for tea in the cafe. Also floor from pool to lift always wet and dirty due to people moving from pool to rooms using the lift.

pool was great beaches is beautiful everything is ok but will be better if there are lights at main junction at balau-desaru road .. too dark , i even missed the entrance big parking space

afew units (maybe personal properties ) look abandoned extra adults means extra payment

The apartment was spacious, clean and had good vibes. No complains about the apartment. Staff wete very friendly and helpful.

Location - was out of nowhere. Very creepy & deserted esp at nite....Need to travel out very far to get different kind of food. They have their own coffeehouse but wanted to try other food. Very inconvenient. My hubby and friends wanted to play billard and was told that we need to pay RM$15 per game which is ridiculous....its almost S$5. We paid RM$1600 for a 3 bedder unit which i think was far too expensive. Management should consider the pricing and make it more affordable. Will think twice to return..🤞

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. A few swimming pool to choose from. Easy access to the beach

I wish the pillow is better. And insects flew everywhere including the room. Lift a bit far so easier to just use stairs.
