Great location near the port of Durres and conveniently located near the city center. Brand newly furnished rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfast on property was also great.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a calm atmosphere that made you feel comfortable right away. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfort of the bed to the overall cleanliness. The staff was perfect - very friendly, professional, and always ready to assist at any moment. They made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and light, perfect for starting the day without feeling heavy. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

I had the pleasure of spending a night Sol Invictus, and it was a truly refined experience. The interiors are of the highest class, with elegant furnishings and a timeless charm that spoke of sophistication (really congrats to who've chosen it). The amenities were befitting a five-star establishment, offering high comfort and you really feel happy to chose it. Most noteworthy, however, was the staff—impeccably professional and unfailingly attentive, they ensured my stay was seamless and enjoyable. A most delightful retreat, worthy of the highest praise. Yes, it's right in the center, which coud be noisy a bit, but provided hear plugs help.

Invictus Sol offered everything you could wish for in a hotel and the attention to detail was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was big and comfy with high quality cotton bedsheets. There were also fluffy towels and bathrobes and lovely toiletries. Water was replenished in the fridge every day and there was tea and coffee available in the lounge area as well as books and some medical supplies. The AC and black-out curtains were effective and the smart TV had Disney+ and Netflix - not that we had any chance to watch TV as the hotel was so well placed for sightseeing both in Durres and further afield. Breakfast was incredible - from the individual carafes of fruit juice to the home made yoghurts and cakes - there were cereals and hot eggs and bacon and cheese and bread - and coffee made to order. Also the staff were FANTASTIC. We arrived 3 hours early - really just looking to see if we could leave our bags, but they had our room prepared within 5 minutes and were apologetic for the inconvenience!! We had also travelled for my birthday and they made my day extra special with their kindness and thoughtfulness. It really was a wonderful place!

This small but exquisite hotel is a real gem. It is run by a small group of freinds who share their experiences and expertise to run a spotless, beautiful hotel that has to be the score of a lifetime. A fraction of the cost of the large chain hotels,I boasts the finest linens and towels, marble tile bathrooms, excellent Wi-Fi, and the included breakfast of fresh baked muffins, croissants with chocolate and an English breakfast to boot. The hotel is also directly across from the ferry terminal and the Adria ferry ticket office is literally 5 feet away.

It was a fantastic experience, I would rate the hotel's decor and comfort as 5 stars, and above all, the hospitality and service made us feel at home.

loved the spacious comfortable room & decor, good bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean. Good Breakfast included. pleasant staff. Handy for ferry terminal which is just across the road, and just behind bus station with buses from Tirana. Within walking distance of lovely long promenade, restaurants, Amphitheatre & town. Local buses go to Pletha Bus Station for onward journey to Berat.

It was the best 4 stars hotel that we have stayed in the Balkans. Everything was of really good quality and newly renovated: the towels, the bedsheets, the furniture, everything in the bathroom. Looks like someone is really paying attention to the details. The breakfast was delicious, of really qualitative and fresh ingredients. The desserts - mouthwatering. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is really nice that it has underground parking - only the entrance is a little steep, wouldn’t work for a sports car with very low ground clearance. It was at a walking distance from the center of Durres and the beach.

It was a little noisy if you’re light sleeper, because of the traffic on the road the window was facing.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a place to stay that was close to the ferry landing and this hotel is perfect for that because you only have to walk across a foot bridge and you're at the ferry terminal. We didn't do much exploring, but there are shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

The google map is wrong and it was needed to be accompanied to find the right way to the hotel and its garage. Tge hotel is situated on the second floor and there were little signs how to reach it. The breakfast face the street but from the room it is reachable through a stair. Actually reception is connected with the rooms but the garage had to be approached from outside and it was extremely narrow and with dangerous inclination on the entrance.
