Our stay at Seamira House in Hua Hin was hands down the best stay so far ever! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the great atmosphere and warm welcome. The contrast of sea and mountain views was the cherry on top, a rare and beautiful combination that made our stay feel like something extraordinary. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The super breakfast each morning was a highlight, delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to choose from. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a great place for kids to play and enjoy, and even a playing zone for elders to have fun. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for cooling off after a warm day. What truly touched us was a thoughtful gesture at the end of our stay. We were two families traveling with two infants, and as we waited to complete the checkout process with our van already outside, the hotel staff surprised us with two packets of dry meals, two for each baby knowing they will be travelling back to Bangkok by road. It was such a small but meaningful act that left a lasting impression on all of us. It showed not only their attention to detail but also the genuine care and kindness of the entire team. Overall, Seamira House offered everything we could have hoped for - comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality. It’s not a complaint, just a recommendation; if possible, please consider adding a shuttle service to the beaches, which would make the experience even more convenient for guests.

Breakfast had vast choice. Location was good for local food and entertainment. A little bit far out for beach.

Room faced train tracks so was a little noisy

Stayed many times at this hotel and we think this is the best value hotel in this price range in Hua Hin. The rooms are excellent quality with large fridge small kitchenette 50inch TV with Netflix Large comfortable bed Good shower Very clean Good air con and large ceiling fan Excellent pool and good to see the hotel have acted on feedback of guests as there are now many more sunbeds The breakfast is standard fare only complaint really is it is not very hot. The location for us is perfect 5 mins from Baan Khun Por food court 5 mins from soi 94 bars 10 mins from beach and market village

There are a number of long term residents in this hotel and unfortunately one person in particular seems to think he owns the hotel and the pool area reserving certain sunbeds then not using them and complaining about people doing absolutely nothing wrong but simply moving sunbeds into the sun

breakfast was mostly same all days. mainly eggs breads and some thai dishes. could add some more varieties. the location is ok. near a small market which is very lively with food stalls and live music. the hotel is next tot he railway line and the front road is slightly lonely. the staff is A plus. smiling, helpful, accommodating. rooms are good, clean. i took a junior suite and it was quite spacious. a great place for long stays. for those who want more action, they can stay near the Huahin beach, which has more options to eat and walk in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at the Seamira House in the 3 bedroom pool villa. The villa was exceptional, very clean and spacious. The kids absolutely loved the climbing wall bunk beds, which was very quirky. The villa pool was big as was the main pool which we used every day. Beds were very comfy. 3 separate toilets with duo sinks. We liked the little touches like the complimentary biscuits and water. The gym and games room were also a fantastic perk. Location was good, close to many bars and restaurants including the Baan Khun Por food court which is a must visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only a few minor negatives... The beach is a good 40minute walk away but taxi easily booked by reception for 150baht for a 5minute drive. The biggest negative for us with young kids was that the hotel bar closed very early 9pm when we fancied a few cocktails in our pool villa, whilst the kids enjoyed the pool. Having the bar open to ordering cocktails to 10:30-11pm would have made the stay that extra bit special, maybe something for the hotel to consider in future. Lastly the pool lights kept breaking down in our pool villa. The staff tried hard to keep them working but the next night they would fail again. After 3 times of asking we were resigned to them not working which was a shame.

The room and staff were exceptional. Location was good, nice and close to lots of places to eat. The beach was a 10-15 minute walk away on the other side of the railway line. Food from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was great. The pool was fantastic!!!! Really well laid out and great for relaxing. The rain shower in the bathroom was perfect. We had a room with a bath on the balcony - probably unnecessary to be honest, but something a little different.

The hotel was GREAT. Guests do not need to come down to breakfast in their pajamas - no one needs to see that over breakfast. WIFI while we were there did not work at all in the room.

Very nice pool area, a large and entertaining game room, a nice restaurant, and play areas for children. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had a unique chilled vibe. The breakfast was good. The gym was basic but sufficient for a light workout.

The location was okay but a bit far from the beach. However, the pool area was nice, so we skipped beach days entirely. The hotel is surrounded by busy bar and restaurant streets, making it a bit noisy at times, but nothing too distracting. The railway runs right next to the hotel, so you occasionally hear a loud train rumble—about once an hour—but they don’t run late. The kitchenette was not very well equipped, so we bought some of our own kitchenware to cook basic meals.

Room: big and spacious. Sitting area, kitchen, big fridge, lovely balcony, huge shower. Location: at first skeptical but it was actually really good. Close to 2 7 elevens, huge cheap food market nearby, and a short walk to market village (shopping mall). Anything else, use bolt. Facilities: Gym was ok. Some what old treadmills but for strength training it was more than good enough. Swimming pool was big and had good areas for relaxing. Activity room with pool, and more. Kids playground. Restaurant and breakfast was good. Good choice of thai and western options.

Honestly nothing stands out. This hotel surprised us and was great.

My 2cnd stay at Seamira house although it Haa been 3 years since my first stay. This time I too a larger room/suite and it was worth doing so. Room was very spacious air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The walk in shower was large and the bathtub on the balcony was big enough to share and was fun. Breakfast offered a good selection and the food nicely presented. Property has amenities near by.To get further grab taxis were very easy and plentiful at low fares.

A couple of things were missing from. My first visit. Neither deal breakers but both set Seamira apart and made my stay more memorable and therefor probably did influence my decision to return. Free coffee all day and a small gift on departure are no longer offered. When making the economic decisions to withdraw small extras such as these it should be considered that people remember the things that set one hotel above another when it comes to repeat business.

Great location between Soi94 and Soi88; is right next to railway line but trains infrequent so any noise was limited and only for very short time. Good breakfast - but hot food could be kept a little hotter. Parking on site, didn't use pool or other facilities (pool table, gym, laundry) but they're all available. Dinner menu pretty good; choice of Thai and European food. Overall, definitely worth considering if you're visiting Hua Hin
