Staff memebers were super friendly, always smiling. Hotel literally next to IUP, check out at 12pm which was great for an extra hour of sleep, pool was clean, overall hotel was clean, and bar staff was also awesome!

Fridge in room seemed to not work at it should, even at max cooling temp, door on shower wouldn't shut all the way, so water would come out of the shower into the floor, a little hazard if someone would sleep and fall.

The breakfast was excellent. Even when there was no fruit listed as a side, when I asked for some fruit, they accommodated me. We were there for a volleyball tournament being held in the arena right next door within walking distance of the hotel.

We did feel that the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. When we let them know we were trying to make the start time of the game, they did make an effort to get our order to the table.

The staff and rooms are very nice. I like the location.

The fact they raised the prices to exuberant amounts and required a two night stay due to graduation. We paid for two nights and only stayed one night

the location was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff was very friendly and I really appreciated that they had extra items on hand. I forgot my toothpaste and the front desk had some at no extra charge. The very large beautiful christmas tree in the lobby was my favorite part!

The only thing that could make this hotel experience better was for breakfast to be included in the price. The hotel has a restaurant but the breakfast was expensive. For the price of the room, breakfast should be included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and bar had good food and good hours.

Thank you for having duvets in an actual duvet cover that actually covers the duvet!! Possibly for this reason alone the beds did not smell!! Pool, gym, view of the IUP hawk stadium thing, all amazing!

When checking in I asked for a nice view then was put into a room where a white wall was I could see. I went back and asked to be moved. Seemed like a joke. Also I booked a room service which I didn't know did not include beds being made. So requested "full service" for next day. Went to confirm that it had been booked and it wasn't. But the lady sorted it out for me right away, and beds were made when I got back. :)

Location, clean room, friendly staff. Restaurant menu choices were not as good as last year. Food was boring. Staff in restaurant was very friendly.

Tv was not working, took 2 calls/days to figure the remote was dead.

Nothing really. Only thing was the restaurant at the hotel menu had odd items and found it hard to find something to eat . Menu was limited

Very clean facility. Everyone was extremely kind at check in and check out.

Would have preferred additional seating if we had been staying longer than just one night.

This was a convenient location with plenty of parking on the edge of the IUP campus. This was a perfect location for access to the university. The room was quiet, clean, and convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was filling.

The fitness center equipment could use some TLC.
