The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and had a great variety of different types of food. Even better than the food was the woman who ran the breakfast. She was so wonderful. Greeted everyone cheerfully, engaged each of us in conversation, gave lovely suggestions for ways to top our waffles and was just a joy. Before we left, we stopped to get another coffee and she remembered both me and my husband and joked about the fact that we did not come to breakfast together. She wished us safe travels and a great day.

Our room did not have a closet or iron. That was not shared information in the description when I booked. I have a travel iron but did not bring it assuming the room would have one.

Breakfast was delicious. The blueberry waffles were excellent. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The wallpaper in our room was loose in places. We had to flush the toilet and put the handle back in the correct position because it would stick.

Great location for quick downtown drive. Pool. Free breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Middle aged Caucasian man who works front desk is having a crisis in his life a presume because he has a bad attitude. He hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking questions before we got to property and wasn’t much nicer once we got there. Rest of staff - great.

My daughter goes to IUP I travel there a couple times a year to see her love that breakfast is there. My daughter’s friend group likes to hang out and play games we can sit up at the table in the lobby and no one says anything. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I will be booking there again

Location was great (close to stores, restaurants)! Breakfast included was a bonus!

Employees weren't friendly ~ few smiles. Guy who checked me in sat in his seat, didn't greet me nicely, seemed annoyed I was there (was very odd to me). The gentleman who checked me out was friendlier.

Bed was not the most comfortable, just ok. Temperature in the room was warm even having the thermostat set to 68. There was no toiletries, like mini lotion, shower cap etc. You can usually find that in hotel bathrooms for convenience.

Eveything was clean, great location, breakfast was Great, a huge variety, one of the best spreads I’ve seen at a hotel, and we’ve been to MANY.

At 1 am Women in the next room were very loud getting in after partying ( we heard that part )

The property was clean and the employees were very nice. I didn’t get her name but the lady was not only friendly but she had breakfast ready early. It was a great stay!

Clean and comfortable

Only down side to this stay was as I was gathering forks and napkins for eating breakfast on the road the breakfast staff commented on my taking so many cutlery for my family. Everything else was fantastic.

The pool was closed and we were unaware when making reservations and this was a disappointment for my grandchildren. I wish we had been told when making reservations. It may have changed where we stayed.
