Place was clean. Room service cleaned and took out my trash, replaced coffee and travel shampoo/soap and towels. I left my wallet on the bed not knowing room service would come and they didn't take any cash so I was glad for that. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold. I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to me and I was happy because I had a 5 month old who slept on and off. The room was cute, too.

Wifi kind of sucked. They charged me for 2 breakfasts instead of the one. I never made a big deal about it.

I stay here alot because my daughter goes to IUP so I visit her alot, so it is very convenient. I have been there so much the staff know me by name. The pool is nice. Lots of things for the kids to do. The place is clean and comfy. Maintenance is responsive and professional. The bar is nice with live music sometimes.

I usually do not have a problem with my stay, but this time the hair dryer did not work, usually that is not a problem but with the very cold weather I like to dry my hair completely before I go out. There was no usb ports to charge my phone and I usually bring my charger that fits in the outlet but this time I forgot it. The lamps at the bed side were not plugged in. With the hair dryer and lamps, I called maintenance, and they responded fast, but they did not have a hair dryer for me. Also, the hotel was extremely busy, so I guess that is why there was not an extra hair dryer.

Our bed was comfortable. The location was good.

The whole hotel is run down. The desk chair in our room was very worn. The doorknob into the bathroom was loose and the finish was peeling on the door. The wall had some kind of stain that had dripped on it. The parking lot is full of holes. I tried to plug my phone charger in where the lamp was plugged in and the outlet was very loose. The bottom outlet had a short.

Great stay for our cheer competition!! Pool area was a hit!!!! Plenty of room in and around. Breakfast was great. Buffet style. 3 girls and I enjoyed it. Definitely will book again in the future!!!

Doors are hard to shut. We did have to move rooms during our stay. Both doors were hard to shut. The accessibility to the hotel was not very secure. No key needed. Made me a bit uneasy as the pool area is all open in the middle. Other than that a great stay

I think the only thing we didn’t like was the bar tender closed early on Friday night (said closed at 11 she said at 10 and then shut the bar down by 9:45p) NO BIGGIE. The bar tender Saturday (7/27/24) was amazing service, friendly and we can’t wait to see her next time! Also breakfast is $10 a person but doesn’t seem to be worth it so we just skipped that.

THE STAFF!!!! every single Ramada employee was exceptional! Every single one them. ---not hyperbole! I was so impressed and so fell in love with Ramada due to the fantastic service and care we received! Ramada staff-Jill, Jessica, Holly, Steve, Kim, Becca, Andrew.....i forgot the many others that served us..i should have written down--my mind!! argh! lol housekeeping, maintenance, Fusion restaurant The Pool as warm and clean...gorgeous facility.. big atrium, forgot was winter in western PA....rooms clean and bright., gym was clean and available 24/7...Fusion, had a live band and it was incredible ...while the food was scrumptious....breakfast buffet was delicious ..did I mention the staff was was excellent, happy and helpful?!!! wow! I joined the rewards club, as I know I will be definitely coming back !! Cheers!

Everything was wonderful; especially the employees!

Decent value, indoor pool area was a plus during the summer heat. Pool was usually empty. Front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

Facilities were a little run down; outside windows were open in our hallway, which meant oppressive heat as soon as you left the room.

There’s not anything walking distance really but the Ubers are available to do different things. My home outside of home. My husband and I love spending weekends here just to get out of the house. And the water pressure in the shower perfect.

Love the inner courtyard with the pool, restaurant, seating areas. Nicely kept property from years gone by. Great shower. Will surely revisit.

Handicap bed 2in from floor. Desk attendant did warn us. Really hard to get out of with my lnees. And the heater is super loud!!!
