Location is convenient. Easy parking next to public transport. Big size. Seaview is great, too, frontal or side. Clean. The partial renovation was a pleasant surprise. The specific bedroom had quadruple glazing and no noise issue. Seems furniture also is getting replaced gradually. Bed was comfortable. There is lobby.

As people say, the seaview comes from location on a busy boulevard. But price reflects it. Earplugs are provided.

Very roomy apartment, well-fitted out. A convenient location for exploring the coast or hopping in to the city by tram. Lovely sunset view.

This was a very comfortable apartment but the window seals are on their very last legs; new ones would make quite a difference in reducing street noise.

We were allowed to check in long before the check-in time which was really kind and appreciated as our overnight flight arrived at 4.30 in the morning! The apartment was very clean and offered all the amenities you needed for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. Very close to the marina which suited us as we went sailing.

The AC could be a little bit more effective. The street noise is quite loud even though there are double glazed windows. It might be a bit basic for longer stays.

Positive experience: spacious apartment-type rooms, location near the tram stop, close to the beach. As for the noise, it didn't bother me - I slept very well: the room was well air-conditioned, the bed was comfortable.

location was fantastic as we were sailing the following day. Close to the marina, restaurants and shops and also supermarkets so we could provision for sailing.

Check in time was frustrating. We were advised when booking via the app that we could check in from 12 as I communicated that we would be arriving early from our flight. We arrived at about 10:30 to drop off our luggage and were advised that the apartment would be ready between 12 and 1. We returned at about 2pm to be told that our apartment was still not ready and would only be ready around 3pm. However when I advised the staff member that I had been told we could check in at 12, he quickly made a plan and got us into one of the available apartments. that was much appreciated after 24 hours of traveling.

The noise from the main street can be disturbing for people who have trouble sleeping, it didn't bother me though. They also offer ear plugs.

24 hour service and proximity to X86 bus route makes it ideal for overnight pre or post airport stay. Huge apartment with big balcony.

No provision for obtaining provisions or even coffee/tea.

The space - the suites (I booked two, on successive weekends, one for a daughter and another for another daughter plus my grand-daughter. Both suites were very spacious, and quiet. The lack of noise. The second suite faced the (very busy) road, but it was the lounge that fronted the road with the kitchen, bathroom and then bedroom (behind it, so the road noise did not affect sleep.) The double bed was HUGEm - both daughters commented on it. Neither used the kitchen (mu house was 3 minutes away) so cannot comment on that.

Not a dislike - just a reminder. This is a set of suites, NOT a full-function hotel. My daughters ate at my place and in the many local cafes/bars/restaurants.

We booked here last minute and we were so happy with our stay that when we returned to Athens a week later we booked here again. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has all the necessary facilities and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony is of the marina and lovely. It is a long’sih walk to the beach but still fine to walk it. Parking is great and secure. I will stay here again when i return to Athens.

TV was tiny but we didn’t really watch TV so wasn’t an issue.

Thera are very friendly staff, and good location. Pure quiet place.

It was a little hot in room, when we return in the evening , but during half-hours the temperature was comfortable.
