The room was comfortable, there was everything for a family, oven, stove, dishwasher, table and cutlery. Comfortable high bed and folding sofa. The room was very warm despite the cold weather that day.

- We booked a room with a garden view and received a room with a view of the road and carriageway. - The room was very stuffy at night. - The unpleasant moment was with the additional deposit, which I did not know about when booking, after I booked the room, paid and could no longer cancel my order, they sent me a message that a deposit of 200 pounds would be required upon check-in. Be careful, you will need additional money for a deposit.

It was stylish comfortable spotless. It had air conditioning a perfect mattress and fully fitted kitchen. Soft linen and fluffy towels. It even had slippers and smart to. The balcony was a lovely addition and also had a beautiful communal decking area. We had an amazing trip.

Camden Prime Aparthotel offers the comfort of home and warm hospitality of a boutique hotel. Albeit by the main road, the hotel is set in a quiet and safe neighbourhood which is very well served by amenities and transport links. Many reviews highlighted the fact that Camden Town and Caledonian Road underground stations are both fairly accessible. We found that it is equally well served by buses to Central London, if not better! There's also the vibrant and well-renowned Camden Market with an eclectic selection of merchandise and international foods. We frequently visited the lovely local bakery chain, Gail's which has a laid-back and inviting atmosphere. During our stay of 18 days (of which the first four days as three occupants), we became well acquainted with three of the gentlemen at the reception- Bassam, Ali, and Rozh- who not only went out of their way to sort out our various requests but also looked out for our postal deliveries. It was comforting to always be greeted with a warm smile upon returning and then being told that a parcels or letter has arrived for us. The housekeeping staff were simply amazing, always making sure that we had enough supplies of fresh towels and toilet rolls. At times they'd even bend themselves backwards to help with our special requests. The small kitchen in the flat is very well-equipped with a powerful extractor fan though I did have to get my own chef knife and chopping board, a lid for the pot and basic seasoning for homemade meals over a long stay. The flat also has a fairly impressive amount of storage space and sockets. The shower cubicle being fairly compact needs careful maneuvers to prevent flooding the floor. However, we managed to figure out a way to minimize the leakage with some practice. 😊 It has more than met our needs and expectations. We'd like to express our heartfelt thanks to Bassam, Ali, Rozh, and all the housekeeping staff for making our stay relaxing and comfortable! ❤️

Love the location of the property, good transport links in the area. To Camden Town & Finsbury Park. Beautiful property, clean beautiful suroundings access to the balcony upstairs.. Very spacious bathroom and kitchen self catering.. I enjoyed my stay.

We liked everything. It was perfect for us and the room was exactly like it was described in booking.com. The room, bathroom and kitchenette had everything we needed, even a washing machine. The cleaners were efficient, clever and lovely to chat with. The reception staff and the manager were helpful and serviceminded and it felt very safe to stay in an aparthotel with a 24/7 open reception desk. The location is perfect if you want to explore Camden Market and northern London. There are bus stops nearby that take you all the way to central London and Camden Town tube station. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked everything, but it might be useful for others to know that the sofabed is quite hard (if you have back problems). We put an extra duvet under the sheets to make the sofabed softer for our teenager. It helped. :)

All good, the facilities were very good and it was really clean. The staff were very nice and professional. The only thing preventing 10/10 was the £200 deposit which I was not aware of until after booking. Initially I was told the money would be released after check out within a few hours, upon check out I asked again and was told it can take up to a few days. We were on our way abroad and had strict budget so not knowing if the £200 would be released was a bit worrying. I probably wouldn’t have booked if this was advertised prior to booking. But great hotel otherwise for us, thanks

You have everything you need: small kitchen, utensils, couch+bed (ideal for a family of 3), washing machine, fridge, oven, microwaves. The staff is exceptional polite and services are 10+. Our washing machine was broken, in 1h someone came to fix it and because it couldn’t be fixed in the same day it was replaced. Regarding transportation you have a lot of buses, especially line 29 which goes to Trafalgar square, less crowded than subway. Also camden town and camden market (30min walk or 10 min with the bus) is a must see. Definitely next time in london I will come here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this apart-hotel. It is close to public transport, shops, and key attractions. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable 4-night stay, including a small kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to help. I also felt safe in the area while traveling alone with my two daughters, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the value for money was exceptional—especially for London. It was the perfect mix of hotel service and apartment comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is great. Well prepared, we could even check in earlier. They were flexible and received us in such a good way when we came back, after two days out of London. Great location, busses going often and a possibility to see Camden Town, which is a great experience in it self. Stuff was so kind! Rooms good, comfortable, bright and clean. We used kitchen a bit, it had most of the things we needed. Only issue for us would be the outlets, but then the stuff was quick to bring us adapters. And with two young boys it’s limited how long you can stay inside in the morning, but they loved looking through the window (squirrels). Great price as well for London!
