We liked almost everything. The location, the gardens, the view, the beach, the sidewalk by the beach

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra Euro 15 per day for the air-conditioning. It wasn't clearly noted in the booking. You had to go into the details to see the extra charge

The pool was very clean, plenty of sunbeds, very quiet round the pool mostly. The beds were comfy and air conditioning quiet Sufficient cooking facilities Nice balcony/outside seating area and easy access to pool area as we were on the ground floor Free to use washing machine which was open all the time A little area in BlockB that had spare pool toys etc, spare books and a littl seating area out of the sun We were right next to a lovely cove which we swam in most days. Small mini market at Akti beach nextdoor (slightly overpriced and didnt sell much food as such) but you could get milk, souvenirs, cold drinks, cheese, ham and snacks You can eat at the buffet at the Akti Beach for just €18 each adult and fet cold drinks etc from the pool bar outside. The area was super quiet and a nice walk to the right of the cove. Usually some electric sooters were around to hire... Andreas was an excellent host, always happy to help and if there are any issues he gets them sorted straight away. Always smiling and around if you need him. Thank you.. We were ground floor block A facing the pool and other than one particular family who were ridiculously noisy above us for a couple of night, it was nice and qjiet and slept quite well The grounds are always clean and well maintained. There was an all in one shower, toilet and suit case storage if you have a late flight, just nowhere to dry your hair, however, they did say I could use the office.

Our issue was that it was a 25 min walk to Lidl, as the mini market at Akti didnt sell food as such and it was €20 taxi back (we had to flag one down) which was expensive given that it was € 28 return to paphos harbour much further away with Mikes taxis. They were great and prompt. If you want to go anywhere totally reccommend car hire... couldnt really understand bus times as they seemed to say 1st one was 3pm... so we were a bit stuck for things to do as it meant taxis everywhere. But I just want to say that we did know that it was a bit out of the way wjen we booked it, so it's not a complaint. Just an note to others.

View outstanding and being able to hear the waves was unreal Apartment was very comfortable Location is good for coastal walks but would recommend a car Gardens were beautifully maintained and pool area was spotless

Sadly our neighbours were chain smokers and because of the design of the balconies we ended up with smoke throughout the apartment. Which meant we had to come off the balcony and close the windows at times. In addition inconsiderate use of mobile phones and facetime and watching movies loudly on the balcony when you just want to chill with a drink or read a book was not good. We understand that the owners have no control over this but it was a real shame that these neighbours had no consideration for others.

Big and well-maintained garden with enough sunbeds for all the guests. Good sized pool that is always clean. Clean rooms, with all the kitchen-equipment needed. They even provide a ton of sockets to use/load your own electronic devices. I would have liked to have a washing machine in the apartment, but it is not a big deal. The walls echo through, but it does not bother, because at the time when we were there everybody at least tried to be quiet and not make a lot of noise. Nearby hotels noise also echoes , but they end the night pretty early, so is should not bother anyone. Lidl is 20 min walk away (walk straight on the coast to Venus beach hotel and you'll see it up on your left). Quite good minimarket next to Akti hotel main-doors. Yes, there are not a lot of restaurants or stores near-by, but the bus-stop is also near. For me is was 10/10 location! Our host Andreas, was great! Always talkative and helpful when asked something , said hello now and then, but was not pushy with anything. He even helped me with surprise wine and flowers for my friends birthday! So ask kindly and you will be given :) I had an honor to meet his family also - You have such a lovely family, Andreas! Sea is only few steps from the garden! What more do you need?! It is perfect spot for relaxing vacation in Paphos area :)

The place is even nicer then it looks online. Andreas and Maria where very friendly and the location is great. Pool was nice and the beach was beautiful

Keep in mind the extra AC fee

The beach and gardens are just lovely. It's like a little piece of paradise in otherwise quite a rocky Paphos. Rooms are nice, just as in the pictures. I really liked it there, would stay again for sure.

You have to pay extra for heating/AC. In general, it's fine, but we happened to visit at the time when it was extra cold. When we arrived, the room temperature was normal, but by the time for our last evening, it was freezing. If we had known that it would get that cold, we would have bought the heating/AC. Location is... difficult. You really need a car, especially when traveling with children. No real shops/restaurants near the apartment. And even if some of them are not really that far away, it's still a real challenge to reach them. Little minishop right next door though.

We stayed for 7 nights and we had the best holiday so far! Studio was clean, spacious, we had everything we needed for our stay and cooking. Staff were friendly and polite, garden was so beautiful. Bed was very comfortable too. Our friend who works in Cyprus stayed with us for half of a day, she said she traveled around the island and this apartment is the best she have seen: beach is on a doorstep, a pool to cool down, enough of sun loungers for everybody, beautiful surroundings and gardens. So glad we didn't stay in a crowded noisy hotel this time. Really enjoyed a peaceful holiday and had a good rest.

We liked everything, I just would recommend to rent a car for holiday here to avoid long walks in a heat, it saves much time going to the supermarket or Paphos town (there is a beach shop on the corner though), car will let you explore this beautiful island too (we went to archeological sites, mountains, Kykkos monastery, Akamas peninsula), local tavernas, we enjoyed it a lot! The only things to improve i can think of would be electric sockets by the bed for phones to charge and maybe some new kitchen eqipment (kettle, pots, etc). All in all, it was perfect holiday, thank you!

Rododafni Beach Apartments is a fantastic place, practically right on the seafront. There's a beautiful walking path along the coast, perfect for relaxing strolls. Our apartment had a large balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and palm trees. Peace and quiet made our stay even more enjoyable. We visited in January, so we didn’t use all the facilities, but there’s an outdoor pool and sun loungers – it must be amazing to relax there in the summer while gazing at the sea. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a lovely family atmosphere. The bathroom, kitchen, and room were all very well-equipped, clean, and cozy. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy Cyprus! Highly recommended! 🌊☀️

The most beautiful location with the most amazig view. Appartment was modern and really clean. There was a lot of equipment that is not usually found in apartments like ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need (there was also some juices and water waiting for us in the fridge wich was really nice because we arriwed around midnight and we were afraid there wouldn't be any stores opened). The host was really nice and helpful. If I'm ever in Paphos again I will definitely stay there. In my opinion is the most beautiful location in the area especially because of the well-kept garden with swimming pool and beautiful beach where we swam when there was not too much wind.

There is really nothing bad to say about our stay here.

Furnished, spacious apartments in a very beautiful location, right by the sea. There is a beautiful courtyard with swimming pool and shrubs, parking. With nice balcony and sea view.

No services available (no bike rental, no car rental, no shop nearby). The apartments have crockery, but you will need to make your own arrangements for coffee, salt, oil or paper towels, water, etc. There are no shops nearby, The nearest one is LIDL, about 3 km away, Or the very expensive kiosks are about 2 km away. Public transport is also not nearby. The towels were never changed or offered for 4 nights. The price does not include air conditioning. Beds too soft, not suitable for people with back problems.
