My son got put in hosp we were looking for a room in 60$ range had no I deal how long be there figured 2 3 days at least I left it blank on time aravel it was dark when left hosp had no ideal where be at got lost trying find the place drove the same block 3 times till found it I like where we could park our car in front of our room and not hauling everything thing out the room was great the shower was great and l like where you could do your landuar there no charge my husband had a accident and did not went tell me he put different clothes on went washed them he for got my clothes so got up at 430 went got them out a person heard him talking to him self and said she new belong some one was glad he got them out before some one else wented use them I through that was very nise of her the hosp was easy get two in the morning also great job

Every thing was ok just had trouble finding it at first and I did not know McDonald's was right across from it

The rooms were nice and the staff was great.

The breakfast was not very good. Nothing was stocked and on most mornings the fruit was over ripe. There was a pitcher of milk in the refrigerator for all guests to use instead of individual sealed containers. We traveled with a large group and the hotel never had enough for our group to even have one of any item. The Kuerig coffee maker always had enough pods, but often was out of water. They truly need to address this. I am handicapped and rarely could use the back entrance handicap parking spot because workers doing construction work were parking there.

Clean place with modern, free washers & dryers. A vending machine with a handful of hygiene & laundry products on offer as well as drinks. Continental breakfast of coffee, cereal, bagel, fruit, yogurt, etc. Good direct TV and mini appliances. Comfortable bed. Hot, spacious shower. Secure & mostly quiet. New windows are able to be opened for a bit of fresh air. Close to a mini mall with laundry, collectibles shops, a dollar shop with groceries, chinese food, a major bank and main post office. A half hours, peaceful walk to a bigger grocery store that sells liqour. A couple of parks & trailheads within walking distance as well. A couple of fast food places across the lot (burgers & seafood). Some quiet urban-industrial scenery if you're into that (I am).

I requested a second story room but it was unavailable--I generally enjoy the better privacy, security and view away from foot and parking traffic in which I can keep the curtains drawn and get more natural light. The shower drain was slow, but they fixed it pleasantly & promptly within the hour. There is a draft around the wall mounted hvac that's noticeable when it's turned off. Some road noise a bit during the day and some hammering upstairs. Maybe all of us who were staying there were organized to one area of the building, I don't know, if so I would have prefered to been spread out.

The place was very clean and quiet it was very close to where we needed to be the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and overall we had a very pleasant stay for a reasonable price nothing fancy just a good clean Hotel for a good night's sleep

It's not that we did not like any particular thing but I have trouble with stairs and we did one room on the second floor for a privacy so I navigated the stairs as best I could also the breakfast was kind of limited but that was okay too because we weren't planning to eat breakfast there anyway

Complementary laundry service! Do it yourself washer/dryer. Easy to book the afternoon before. Easy check-in even though we arrived late. Helpful front desk clerk at 10 pm. No frills, convenient one quick night stop over. Mattress was OK and sheets lovely clean.

Not exactly surprised but carpets kind of old. Fine for just moving on in the morning. Crumbs curiously left in the hall outside the door across the hall. The cement grain silos were memorable. I took a picture. Must drive to restaurants.

The room was super clean! It seems like a more questionable hotel on the outside but it’s not. We stayed 2 nights- on our way to Minnesota and then on our way back home. We appreciated the first floor since those rooms have a private entrance. The breakfast was a little lacking in variety but I appreciate it because some hotels don’t offer it at all.

the breakfast could have more variety. But I’m not a huge complainer because they supplied breakfast and helped us be able to eat, check out, and hit the road again.

Quick check in, very helpful staff, hotel is located close to the center of town and near several gas stations, fast food places, etc. The room was quiet, clean, and the property was recently purchased by new ownership, rebranded, and completely renovated. Excellent value for the quality of the amenities. The bathroom included several soaps/shampoos/lotions, the lobby had breakfast and snacks, and the location was quiet overall.

Nothing to complain about, everything either met or exceeded expectations.

It's really close to a lot of things, easy access. Rooms are very very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Reception area also very clean, well kept. The outside area had a nice Mexican Restaurant in the same lot to walk to which was convenient and it was good. Hotel was also reasonably priced and workers were nice. I've stayed twice now. Will stay again. And easy parking.

Large room with big couch, clean room and facility, newly painted inside and out, new concrete entry, new carpet & flooring, DirecTV. Staff is very helpful, they're trying very hard to provide good service. Price is significantly lower than most other local hotels.

No closet, insufficient coffee supplies in room, old sink, tub, toilet, turning faucet to cold setting produced hot water, need more breakfast items (number and type).

gets a little noisy at times, hot water very slow at times in the morning, keycard can be problematic at times, hangers are wierd, wall hvac good but quirky
