The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to check me in early and because the room I had booked wasn't ready, they kindly put me in one that was, although it was an upgrade (bigger, with a kitchenette). The room was clean and spacious and pretty quiet. The restaurant next door, Chacos, does Tex-Mex and pizza and was offering a discount for hotel guests; I had a meal and a sangria there and both were delicious. The hotel is close to various fast food chains and some shopping, including an excellent toy/comics store called Great White.

The room decor was standard. I thought it was fine, but if you want ultra-stylish or "boutique", this isn't it. There was very little bathroom counter space. The shower controls were outdated and the shower head was pretty low; it was OK for me but a tall person would have to stoop to get under it. Maybe that's different in other rooms. For me, the drawbacks were pretty minor; I would stay here again.

Anavada continues to be my "go to" when traveling through Prince George. I have been there a few times this year. It is quiet, has comfortable beds and reasonably priced. It is near Starbucks and McDonalds for breakfast. I like the location as it is central to many amenities but the parking courtyard is quiet as there is no through traffic and the street on the backside of the motel has very little traffic at night.

When we've gotten a king room there is a small table and arm chair in the room. When I've stayed with 2 doubles there is no chair. Not a big deal as I think the room is just too small to have 2 beds and extra furniture. However I was traveling with an older friend and a chair would've been more practical for her.

The location was great. The lady at the front desk was lovely. The doggy bag for my pup was great. The restaurant near by was great, with free delivery to the motel. It was very clean, and for having an outdoor entrance, I felt safe with my location. They were also out of pet friendly rooms but were accomodating to my dog.

The outdoor entrance to the rooms was a little uncomfortable for a single lady.

This motel feels & looks loved. They have some pretty flowers in front, maintenance is kept up, everything works like it's supposed to. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked as it should.

There could be more electrical outlets! How about a lamp with an electrical and USB outlet? Easy fix for an important issue.

Justine, the front desk host, was extremely welcoming, offered to help us with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I really liked the text messages during our stay asking how everything was at the hotel. The hotel is older, but the area is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job tiding up our room.

Can't think of a thing that I didn't like, location, access, room were all more than expected.

We stayed the week before as well. Loved the property both times. We have 2 little dogs and they gave us a dog bag. It had a recyclable dish, treats, poop bags and a toy for each dog. The toys were a life saver. It helped the dogs get out some wiggles from being in the car all day.

Centrally located, the room was great, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The desk contacted me beforehand and let me know of where the laundry, kitchen and ice machine were located and the desk ladies were very nice and helpful.

Couldn’t park my truck backward but that was it.

It was clean, super convenient location. The bed was exceptional. I was hesitant at first since I think I like a really soft bed, but I had some of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel in the bed. Staff were excellent!

Justin at the reception was one of the best receptionist I ever saw,she was so friendly,so kind and professional, she greeted us with beautiful smile and helped us having smooth check in in five minutes . guided us about facilities and restaurant discounts.

there was nothing that I didn't like.

Very warm welcome at check-in, didn’t overcharge me for having a pet and even provided a doggy bag (feeding bowl, ball, treats and waste bag). My dog loved the ball of course. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The motel had safe parking and I didn’t feel like I needed to unload everything to prevent theft (we are moving so had extra stuff with us).
