It was a beautiful building and very friendly staff.

There was a fair amount of war showing on such a nice new facility. The hallways outside the elevator was not cleaned in the three days I was there. The tile outside the elevators on the first and second floor there was leaves and grass that remained there the whole day. This looks like I only stayed one night, but I was there tonight.

The location was perfect. I was actually getting away from my house on the water due to incoming severe weather. I wanted to be away from the south directed win and they did that for me.

I did leave some pants at the hotel and did not discover that I had done so until a week or so after my stay. I would think they could give me a courtesy call to say they found something in the closet.. by the time I called them they had no idea where those might be!!!

I was not happy that breakfast was not included in our booking fee. On the website it states “free breakfast”

No complimentary breakfast. The room rental fee was $180 with taxes and the website stated FREE BREAKFAST

The staff was EXCELLENT! Mary who was at the desk when I checked in was the most personable, welcoming, friendly, truly lovely person! She was there the second night and really made it feel like I was home. There was also a young lady who was working the bar and she was also lovely. Great folks!

Nothing. Everything was ideal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They greeted me with a smile. They ensured I had what I needed to make my stay great. The recommendation for food was excellent. They sincerely expressed their condolences for the loss of my great aunt, as I was there because of her service.

Professionalism of staff. Staff go the extra mile. I feel safe while staying at the property.

Previous hair was on toilet. The area in front of elevators needed mopping.

The motel was very quiet. I never heard anyone in the hallway when I was in my room. The bedding was super comfy! The check in staff was very helpful. There was an ample supply of shampoo and conditioner provided and not the tiny bottles that other places often use.

The hairdryer was very weak. It took me a long time to dry my hair because there was very little air flow out of it. I will probably bring my own next time.

The property was clean, with a friendly staff. loved the bartender. super friendly!

The work out facilities were ok. The equipment worked but it wasn’t stocked with towels either of the two days that we accessed the gym. also, they were missing incremental weights (10lb weights).

We loved the location.

I had requested a bath tub but didn't get it. Just wish I had been notified or told our room did not have one.
