Everything! The energy of the customer experience right upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. The room was spotless, cozy, comfortable and very spacious, a home away from home. The pool hours are excellent not to mention how amazing a swim and a dip in the hot tub was a treat of my business trip, with a fully gym. Taste, delicious! The pizza was my go to and never a miss! The bar such a cool friendly vibe, and the lobby very cool relaxing evening. Breakfast, how important that is, let's say 10s across the board. I don't live in the City but I do work so this is such an excellent place to stay for both leisure and business. I will definitely be back, hopefully for a few more days longer. Stallar Experience every time!!

What i liked about this Embassy Suites was the complimentary drinks upon arrival. It really made my start of the stay very relaxed and happy. I found an opportunity to explore other Embassy Suites. I have stayed in other branches, and by far, this one was one of the best. As a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Our network of law enforcement agencies used this embassy to conduct training seminars in different towns. Sofar, this, for me, was a great experience with my family. Thank you. We were set up on the top floor, and I believe it was the ten floor room 2023 because the first three floors were packed with family with lots of kids. The lobby personnel gave us a floor to have a peaceful night of rest. At approximately 1030 pm. A group of kids were running races on the hallways of the ten floors unsupervised. I'm not sure if anyone addressed the issue, but after an hour, we didn't hear anything and went back to sleep.

Clean and spacious rooms. For the first time I didnt feel gross about using the hotel towels. I usually bring my own. The cleanliness made me feel like everything’s cleaned well

The pools were a bit dirty and the loudness from the kids echoed inside that it hurt my ears! I was also told that breakfast starts at 7:30. We had to check out at 7:30. We didnt get to enjoy it. We were rushed because we had an event to attend. We also couldn’t get out of the parking area. We were rushing so bad that we didnt notice the “Help” button. I had to walk back inside the hotel to ask for help. Maybe a little guidance “press the help button so we can open the gate” would have been nice during checkout.

Breakfast was AMAZING, Yummy, Lot of choices, Hot foods tasty. Wow They went above and beyond. Staff Collecting our empty/dirty plates encouraging us to flavor more food. The specialty egg omelets were to die for. Pool was warm and clean and plenty of seating while not in the pool or hot tub. Staff availabale for any needs and concerns at the pool. Rooms were well sanitized and fresh smelling. Plenty of supplies especially toilet paper and towels. Our stay was Luxuries with very reasonable prices. Thank you.

Love the room layout and space for our family of 5, the room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks provided for the evening reception and breakfast were great! Love the pool design, with windows providing so much natural light.

The pool deck is not level and, therefore, has a lot of green algae in many areas. It was also a bit dirty with clumps of hair and lint on the floor. And used towels were piled up on a chair. In contrast to the rest of the clean and beautiful hotel areas, this pool area stands out as needing a little TLC. The hotel parking is spendy, but I guess that's normal for SF? The hotel room, which is large and spacious, had ZERO towel bars to hang towels. There was one small robe hook next to the shower. So our family (of 5 people) had towels and swimsuits draped EVERYWHERE!

This was such a cool hotel, so different than the standard hotel. The central courtyard area was beautiful and huge, and all the rooms get a view of the courtyard from the hallways, the restaurant food was great, the extra snacks and drinks in the evening were a very pleasant surprise, the room had a lot of space, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. The whole hotel just felt like great value and way above and beyond most standard hotels. If we need to stay in a hotel again, we will certainly be searching out another Embassy Suites. I’ve always disliked staying hotels, but this was en entirely different experience.

The $39 USD parking fee to park at the hotel, while staying at the hotel, was a bad surprise and felt like a sneaky rip off.

I like how accessible it is from the airport and major freeway i80. It is also close to downtown SSF and a few minutes drive to SF. Back to the hotel, the suite is nice and spacious and I love the California theme and the updated rooms. I love the complimentary happy hour drinks.

There is nothing specified that there is a parking fee and the parking fee is STEEP ($34.21 to be exact and wait that's not all they also tax you for parking for an additional $4.79 for a whopping total of $39 PER DAY)! We are not in Downtown SF so I don't understand why it is that expensive! The parking is too close to each other so obviously this is maximizing profit so more cars can park. There is also a CONFERECE CENTER TAX which I was not even part off. The front desk NEVER answers the phone the 3x I have called and when I went down they are not busy at all. I will be looking for other hotels for sure on my next return to SSF.

Very clean room and common areas. Breakfast was great with the made to order omelettes. Potatoes were over done and dry both days

Pool was a little dirty but that’s because there was like 10 teenage girls in there for hours. They were being a little too energetic and splashing everyone around them to where my son couldn’t even jump in and enjoy a quick 15 min swim session. We went to the hot tub instead and there was dirt on the railing and on the floating foam bubbles

Wow. Great place to stay. Close enough it's just a short distance drive to the Giants Stadium, but far enough out there isn't all the traffic, noise, and (unfortunately) filth that the inner city brings. We felt safe with our kids and our car here. Beds, towels, linens were all clean and comfortable. The soaps were good quality. The pool is indoor and clean. Everything was clean, actually! The servers at the restraunt were so kind and attentive. Breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot food, and even a make to order food bar! For free!!!

Parking was about $40 for one night. It wasn't covered it was just a parking lot. I get it, San Francisco. . .you pay for parking. But there was no one out here besides the people that stayed at the hotel. Paying for parking was a bit ridiculous.

We travelled with our dog and got the 2 room suite. It was huge and private and we could shut the door to the back bedroom portion where she didn't hear anything from the outside of the room. (She tends to do a protective bark if she hears a door slam etc.). The room was huge and very clean and the restaurant/bar area was very nice. The free breakfast is was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything. For the price, location, room and amenities - I would say it was probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
