The breakfast is wonderful. the room size is great, especially having a small living room to hang in. The staff was wonderful and the facilities are relaxing and in a safe area. The restaurant was expensive but the food was very good as well as the service. Nice pool/ hot tub and exercise room adequate. Overall I loved staying at this and the waterfront Embassy down the street. This one was cheaper than the waterfront with all the same amenities.

The bed was a tiny bit lumpy..but...I have had way worse! Very pricy parking. They could definitely cut that price back but overall there is alot of ➕️ to tolerate the parking price.

This place exceeded my expectations, it was so quiet and clean. The inner roofed courtyard was inviting but it did bounce guests later at night. The breakfast omelette station was fantastic and the buffet basic but enough. Right near train to city. Sofa bed comfortable. Really it was better than I expected after 4 weeks traveling USA

The only complaint was both mornings we were disturbed by the maids wanting to service room at 815am and then almost pushing us out the morning of check out at 820am. We did not have our DND up on our door but did not think we would need to that early. For a transit hotel near airport I was surprised at the insistence of the maids to get in to service despite us saying not needed. As for check out morning we still had 2 hours till we needed to be out yet the maid said you need to pack and check out (weird considering when we went and asked for late check out we were given it with a smile).

Everything! The energy of the customer experience right upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. The room was spotless, cozy, comfortable and very spacious, a home away from home. The pool hours are excellent not to mention how amazing a swim and a dip in the hot tub was a treat of my business trip, with a fully gym. Taste, delicious! The pizza was my go to and never a miss! The bar such a cool friendly vibe, and the lobby very cool relaxing evening. Breakfast, how important that is, let's say 10s across the board. I don't live in the City but I do work so this is such an excellent place to stay for both leisure and business. I will definitely be back, hopefully for a few more days longer. Stallar Experience every time!!

Not able to stay longer.

What i liked about this Embassy Suites was the complimentary drinks upon arrival. It really made my start of the stay very relaxed and happy. I found an opportunity to explore other Embassy Suites. I have stayed in other branches, and by far, this one was one of the best. As a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Our network of law enforcement agencies used this embassy to conduct training seminars in different towns. Sofar, this, for me, was a great experience with my family. Thank you. We were set up on the top floor, and I believe it was the ten floor room 2023 because the first three floors were packed with family with lots of kids. The lobby personnel gave us a floor to have a peaceful night of rest. At approximately 1030 pm. A group of kids were running races on the hallways of the ten floors unsupervised. I'm not sure if anyone addressed the issue, but after an hour, we didn't hear anything and went back to sleep.

Everything was exceptional. The front desk staff were great. They made me feel so comfortable and were always available to answer any questions. The breakfast was also pretty good. Omelet my way? Who can resist. Plenty of options to choose from. Great atmosphere. But, honestly, the staff made it all worth it.

The parking prices are high. I'm already spending money by staying there, and I am not used to paying for parking at a place that I paid to stay at. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

Clean and spacious rooms. For the first time I didnt feel gross about using the hotel towels. I usually bring my own. The cleanliness made me feel like everything’s cleaned well

The pools were a bit dirty and the loudness from the kids echoed inside that it hurt my ears! I was also told that breakfast starts at 7:30. We had to check out at 7:30. We didnt get to enjoy it. We were rushed because we had an event to attend. We also couldn’t get out of the parking area. We were rushing so bad that we didnt notice the “Help” button. I had to walk back inside the hotel to ask for help. Maybe a little guidance “press the help button so we can open the gate” would have been nice during checkout.

Breakfast was AMAZING, Yummy, Lot of choices, Hot foods tasty. Wow They went above and beyond. Staff Collecting our empty/dirty plates encouraging us to flavor more food. The specialty egg omelets were to die for. Pool was warm and clean and plenty of seating while not in the pool or hot tub. Staff availabale for any needs and concerns at the pool. Rooms were well sanitized and fresh smelling. Plenty of supplies especially toilet paper and towels. Our stay was Luxuries with very reasonable prices. Thank you.

So many things. The staff 10/10 all great people and hard working professionals. The rooms were clean and spacious, goods refilled daily. The breakfast was amazing, hot, fresh and made on the spot. There was a complimentary happy hour, 2 adult drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The pool was great. My kid is sensitive to loud sounds and there's a lot of echo in there so it wasn't for her. Everything was amazing!

The suite for the price is always nice.

They advertise buffet breakfast which is true. Typically all the food is kept in the warmers is cold and 30 minutes into it being open. And if you’re not in line when the omlettes stare cooking, expect to be standing for 45minutes plus. Same goes for the open bar. Y’all have one bartender for 1000 guests. Wild. Stood in line for 47 minutes for my complimentary drink for them to put me the wrong drink.

Breakfast was great. Complimentary drinks great as well.

My kids don’t drink soda would be nice to have the juice station open during happy hour at 5pm. I was denied by the bar tender orange juice for my kids because he said it costs the hotel too much money. However when I’ve stayed at the Embassy Suites in Milpitas they had no problem giving my kids orange juice during the complimentary hour.
