Reception was kind and helpful. Room was comfortable with a pretty view. Heating in bathroom was very nice for drying undies. Breakfast was a beautiful buffet, with protein items also. Bed was comfy.

The cold water had surges. In the sink it was just a quirk, but in the shower it was quite unpleasant.

It was close to the pool next door,the staff were lovely and we left our bags for a while after checking out

Nothing to dislike

The Breakfast was grand. The room was well maintained and private bathroom was clean and had necessary things. I am impressed with the fecilities provided at such budget price. The Air conditioning was working.

I have no complain at such budget price. I was over satisfied .

Very polite and friendly staff. Gives a wealth of information about the city and the possibilities for fun and exploring it. Warm, clean. Very good breakfast. Free parking is available in the hotel area.

Staff was really nice and polite. Excellent value for the money. Hotel is clean and tite. Montecatini Terme is small place, so you can go on foot everywhere in 10 minutes. Bracfast was basic but delicious (Italian style breakfast).

Bad isolation, you can hear what is happening in the streat and in other hotel rooms, but if you are tired from visiting beautiful Toskana region, nothing that will bother you.

The sound of the ventilation was a little loud

Actually we didn't stay here - Hotel Byron had a large party staying at the same time as our booking and upgraded us to another hotel nearby. So although I can't really rate Hotel Byron, I can say that we were very pleased with the relocation!

Hotel is on a very good location, very close to park, terme and funicular. Staff is very nice, they speak multiple languages. Breakfast was oke.

Room is a little bit small,but for given price is oke. If you are not planning on staying in room for long, it's completely oke.
