Conveniently located on the main arterial of which I was traveling. I normally book at this hotel if I get tired along my travel it's convenient the staff is friendly! Only wish they had a coffee pot in the room. However they do have a refrigerator , microwave, a safe, blow dryer, ironing board and iron. And an espresso stand outside in the parking lot. Always stay here.

There was nothing wrong with the room and this is exactly what I needed for the short amount of stay that I had.

The price, and the staff was very helpful and kind, and relatable. Alot of hotels have front desk people that can be stuck-up or judgemental. The ladies at the front desk here were very kind and not stuck up at all

There are alot of homeless people in this area, they tend to hangout in the parking lot and across the street. There's always alot of activity going on all hours of the day and night.

It's a good deal for the quality of room.

The bad thing about this place is it is located in a bad neighborhood, there is alot of homeless people in this area. It's kinda sketchy.

I travelled to Kennewick for the Hydro Races. I was looking for a reasonably priced place where I could just crash after a full day at the races. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was amazing. Staff was very professional and responsive. I will be back next year.

The front desk people were nice. Room was clean.

We were blocked from leaving from the parking lot by someone who said she owned the motel. We asked her to move her car so my husband could get the uhaul out of the parking lot and initially she refused and literally screamed profanity at us for asking. I have never been treated so poorly by an owner or employee. I doubt we will stay here again even though we have stayed at this econolodge many times in the past when traveling. We were absolutely appalled.

The location and the coffee stand in the parking lot helped a lot. Since we didn't know any other coffee stands were in the city. Easy access to 395.

People using the handicap parking with no sticker or placards. It was very difficult for my husband to walk long distances to our room since we had to park a long ways from our room. Also the fridge was all freezer since there was no door on the freezer. Everything froze inside it.

Everything was perfectly fine, if not better than I expected. There was an unfortunate loss of power for a while during the night of our stay, and I wish it hadn't been as expensive as it was but it was a busy weekend so I understand and am grateful :)

Our last experience at this econolodge was a bad one but we have stayed here many times so we decided to give it another chance. We were treated well this time and the room was clean and quiet.
