Location was superb for the Conference I was attending. The bar was great with a superb choice of local and well known Gins. The Garden Suite was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed

The only 2 things I can complain about was the Fact that the room didn’t have an Iron and ironing board - this is a basic requirement for this level of Hotel and whilst there was an Ironing Room this is not right to have to keep leaving your room to iron your clothes to get ready to go out Also the Shower was a tight squeeze as I am nearly 2metres in height and would benefit from a dedicated Shower room rather than a Bath with Shower

everything was in perfect order, room clean, bathroom ok, bed comfortable

a problem occurring in the second Dorint hotel, namely a problem with the key (card) to the room when used for the first time does not work and you have to go back to the reception to reactivate it (and the surprise of the staff that it does not work), secondly, there is no information about the amount of the parking fee which is then charged to the bank card without information. Payment is understandable, however, the way of charging the fee is at least surprising, not to say reprehensible in such a "quality" hotel

I have stayed in 150 hotels in Europe over the past 8 years. This is the exact type of hotel I love. It is a high class hotel without the pretentious attitude or feel. From the moment you walk in you know you made the right choice. Room was beautiful, hotel is beautiful and the very very very clean. Breakfast was amazing (the room was elegant) and the morning staff makes you feel like a king. I would stay here again and again.

From the first day that we check in, we like your hotel right away.The decors, pictures of President Kennedy JFK and our beloved Jackie. The staff told us that he stayed here. I feel so honor.😍All the staff, front dest ,day and nite shift, also those guys at the bar and the cleaning crew.You guy's made our 13 days stay very comfortable and makes us feel at home. Your Hotel is just perfect! Clean, comfortable anything that we need your there for us. I am very happy. Thank's to each one of you for your professionalism and doing excellent job to help your customers. We will stay here again when we get back in Deutschland. nothing, don't change anything it's perfect!

Great location, very close to the main train station and less than 15 minutes walk from downtown. We chose this particular hotel for two specific reasons - the air-conditioning and the spacious parking. Both met our expectations, parking was a little pricey but fairly standard for Wiesbaden. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was a little dated but that was too be expected for age of hotel. If you don't like a tub/shower combination you may need to request a different kind of room.

Easy to find, nice layout, easy parking in front of door while checking in. The room was very nice with a useable desk; bar service very good. Circumstances prevented us from taking advantage of the restaurant. Parking garage was user friendly, but charges are a bit on the high side.

Tipsy chairs in common area between restaurant and bar; unsafe chair design with its wide-winged arm rests, its ability to spin and then it has only 4 floor contact points (office chairs are safer).

It is conveniently located — close to train station as well as city center, very quiet

The staff at reception were always wonderful, friendly, helpful. However, one staff member in the breakfast room had a bad day and let everyone in the area hear about it (she was complaining about colleagues very loudly and was using inappropriate language). Also, cleaning staff entered the room without knocking and on days when I cancelled the cleaning. I did not feel safe.

Great value hotel located just a short walk from the main areas. Room was substantial and we had a nice view across the park. The staff were lovely especially those at the bar and breakfast was sufficient for our needs. We also appreciated the offer of bar vouchers if we chose not to have our room serviced each day.

The bathroom was too small making it awkward to get in and out of the bath/shower

Central location, city centre in walking distance, nice public areas inside and out. Breakfast varied and plenty.

Room had bath with shower over bath and no gribrails. As having mobility issues I bruised myself entering leaving bathtub trying to avoid a fall. Checking in the receptionist made no effort to locate my Dorint card number, as all should on phone now?

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and very supportive. We change rooms with due to technical difficulties. That was done quick and efficiently.

One of the rooms we stayed in, the electricity card slot was loose and was constantly shutting down the entire lights. Black-Out curtains had a big tear in it. Room deserves some maintenance.
