The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was pretty close to everything. The breakfast was limited but had great options. The room was a great size and had a mini fridge and a microwave.

I know it cannot be helped, but the only ice machine was on the far end of the first floor.

Very comfortable bed

Light kept coming in from the parking lot at night. Not a whole lot but I just like my room to be completely black when sleeping. Some outlets weren't working and 1 lamp flickered when it was on.

Staff went above and beyond when a snafu in our reservation meant no room, so they upgraded at no extra cost to us. Also had problems with TV changers. Always came immediately to solve problem. It was a very comfortable bed.

Wednesday and Thursday were quiet. Friday, it was terribly noisy all night.

I enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The phone in the room had some issues but none that took away from the comfort I experienced.

Very clean, staff were so very sweet!!!! It was late checking in and the lady had a smile on her face as we walked in!!! What a great way to walk in when your tired :)

The staff was friendly and quick to help if there were any issues. The location was perfect to go to downtown New Orleans.

Only one luggage cart for whole hotel. Bagel selection at breakfast didn't include plain bagels for those who cannot eat bagels with seeds, etc.

Everything was great but room smelled musty for awhile left door open and smell cleared everything else was great

I truly appreciated that I was given a room on the first floor with a toddler. It was just him and I and it made it so much easier to transport him and our stuff to and from the car. I appreciate the room cleaning while we were away.
