The rooms are clean and cozy, panoramic view from the rooms on the upper floors. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is also very good. Really convenient location if you are passing through Krakow due to the proximity to the A4 motorway. Also very easy to get to the center with bus 503, which stops next to the hotel. Private parking is a big advantage for drivers. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great with many choices. The orange juice was amazing. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Our children enjoyed the indoor play area. It is nicely kept with a lot of toys and has a baby/children fence surrounding it. There is a sofa and arm chair for parents to sit while the kids play. Parking is at the hotel with a small fee. The hotel is very nicely designed.

No A/C but there was a fan. The rooms could be upgraded, but were fine.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, the room and the hotel itself are clean. We were using it for a one-night visit on our way from Germany to Ukraine. The hotel location was perfect for this kind of trip. Breakfast was tasty and rich. There is a separate area for kids in the lobby.

I was charged twice, and the staff (being very polite) was not keen on solving my problem on the spot, telling me no money was charged and suggesting I contact them via email if the money will not be back... so I did, and only then they admitted the issue. I got my money back in 1 week.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our time with my wife at the Arthur Hotel. In reality, it is only a few meters distant from A4. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, proper desk for work, spacious wardrobe, delicious breakfast and nice restaurant, superfriendly staff in reception and breakfast room, daily supply of water

Not all rooms have aircon and it was 30 deg outside, no daily cleaning of the rooms and upon request the cleaning lady was slightly taken aback, shower floor was a bit wobbly and there was a bad stain on the sofa in my room

Room nice, space enough, decoration good, only can hear easy somebody from other room when talk normal. Suprise additional cost for parking 30 pln, Total cost for room was a bit high for location outside city. Can understand parking cost in downtown but not outside city.

The hotel is quiet and clean. Our room was big and very clean. We got 2 bottles of mineral water every day. The staff are very friendly. The area around the hotel is green, and the air is fresh.

Everything was good. Probably the distance to the Old City taking a bit of time but it's not a big problem if you have a car.

Comfortable, clean number with two separate rooms(we are family,4 persons). Very good hearty breakfast for various taste with Coffe machine(espresso,capucino,etc). Comfortable parking for car on the big open safe parking area. Very close to the Salt Mine Wieliczka.

Very comfortable beds. Warm room. Good sound proof. Slept really well. Very fast check-in.

Showerhead could be better if it was an adjustable one. But it's a minor non-critical issue.
