The location! We can actually see the hotel from the train station. Everything we needed and wanted was just around the corner. We stayed for a week and we spent half of it strolling near the hotel because we loved the shops and it’s way less crowded than the more popular areas. Restaurants and cafes were amazing! The lounge on the groundfloor was also my favorite! They offer guests free drinks and provide ample space for eating take away food. We ate there almost every night and we’d do it again, hopefully soon.😊

Fortunately, we didn’t have any problem during our stay. 😊

I like that it's beside the JR line, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's also helpful that there's a Lawson just outside the hotel. The hotel made our stay so comfortable, especially since it's blazing hot outside cause it's summer season, but when we are inside our hotel room, we just want to stay all day in bed. We are also happy that there's a water dispenser, so we saved money on drinking water. There is also free juice, coffee, cola, and hot/iced chocolate in the lobby.

There are stains on the comforter, but I think those are just permanent, such as a lipstick stain or something. No biggie for us.

I loved it. Location was amazing. The train station was right in front as well as a Lawson right underneath the hotel. The view from my room was amazing. Got to see Shinkansen's fly by as well as the normal train lines. Akabane was such a great place as it was not packed with "tourist". Very peaceful atmosphere. Room had great space for my luggage (my friends thought other wise). The breakfast was great. 6:30-9am when they are open which is perfect to start the day with. Great selection of traditional Japanese food made fresh every morning. Near by there are tons of food selections as well as markets.

Nothing bad on the hotel. Keep in mind the location has a Elementary, Middle, High school and a College near by so early morning commute can get pretty packed before 8am (after it gets less crowded)

It is a very good hotel. I liked the room very cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. I like the bathroom very much, the water has good pressure and the shower has a mist cycle, very nice when you feel tired. There was plenty of toiletries smelling very nice. The air conditioner worked very well and you can also open the window as well. I also liked that I was close to the trains and that the Fuji Garden supermarket was across the street so you can get fresh sushi every day. Next door to the hotel there is a convenience store open 24 hours. The room was very clean and a huge desk where you can write or snack. The bed was very comfortable also. Also they have free coffee in the evening. I was very pleasantly surprised of the quality of this hotel and prices of staying there are very reasonable.Thank You very much West Wing Akabane International Hotel for making me feel welcome and for your excellent service!

There was nothing to complain about. I liked everything and I will stay at this hotel again.

I searched a lot on and decided to book here even if it was a bit farther than I wanted. But it is close to the Akabane train station and has a lot of restaurants and shopping places in the vicinity. Excellent services, excellent interaction with the staff. Comfortable and clean, quiet at nights. They changed the menu while we were there and provided more flexible choices. That was a good change and shows the desire to improve.

It will get even better if the coffee machine becomes available at breakfast, too.

The location was perfect, it was not in the middle of Tokyo but found frequent rapid trains with just about 4 stops to Shinjuku. It's 1km to Arakawa River and it's perfect for those who like to take it slow with their Japan trip. The river course was flat; it's great to go out for a morning run to start the day. It's 3-5 mins walk from station and plenty of convenience stores and food choices nearby. The room is as per Japanese standard, and opening up a luggage meant you have to walk around it. Very helpful staff and free umbrella for guests to use (it was raining during our trip).

Pillows were quite thin; only one washing machine was working.

Since I was travelling SOLO, I was very worried about the hotel I booked online meeting my expectations. But Ive returned back to my home with a heart so happy since I had the most pleasant & wonderful experience with Hotel Wing International, Akabane. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations. They were always available to patiently answer my many questions on how to get around the city, how to plan my day, what was the easiest routes to get around, timings, fees of attractions and so much more. They made my trip so smooth, fun, easy, amazing which in turn made me calm and relaxed at all times. The place was so conveniently located near the metro station. It is just a few mins walk. The area is nice to explore as well. The amenities are great and the room is the right size for one person. The house-keeping service was lovely. The staff at the breakfast place are so friendly and nice. But a special mention to Mr.Inuoe, Ms. Kobayashi & team at the Front Desk who were always so helpful and available 24X7 to help out with a big smile on their face. They were my favourites!! The best part, the language barrier didnt seem to be an issue at all. So definitely going back to this Hotel when I travel back to Tokyo. MUCH RECOMMENDED instead of the over-crowded cities with high prices!

The breakfast is purely Japanese local dishes. It is not a bad thing, just a heads-up incase that is something you are not into experimenting. You can always book a room with breakfast for a day, give it a try and decide for the rest of the days for with or without breakfast :) Happy Staying!

This hotel is a fantastic find at an affordable price! Located right by Akabane Station, it offers excellent access to Tokyo's hotspots like Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku. Inside, you'll find a very clean and comfortable environment, supported by incredibly friendly staff. My 5-night stay was wonderfully easy and breezy, and I especially loved the room facing the train rail, which added more Tokyo vibes every time I woke up! I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood—perfect for unwinding after busy days exploring the city. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning! A solid 10/10.

I came from Poland with my teenage daughter for winter holidays and shopping. The hotel is fantastic. It's very clean. The staff are great and make you feel comfortable. For guests, there is a stand near the reception with free: earplugs, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving gel, razors, sponges, wipes for removing make-up, hair bands, hair oil, slippers, there are even bath salts.There is also a microwave for guests' use . On the ground floor there is a laundry room. Detergent is available at the reception for 50 yen. In the evening, free drinks are available (coffee, tea, juices, coke, melon soda.) There is also a vending machine with drinks on the second floor. The room is small and very clean , here is a desk and a small fridge. Bed size is enough for 2 adults . There is also an ironing machine for guests' use. There are small Donki, Uniqlo and GU - 5 minutes walking distance. There are also plenty of pubs and bars with delicious food. And Akabane station is literally a few steps away.

Akanane is a local area and perfect if you want to stay in a quieter area of Tokyo. Lots of small restaurants and bars. Perfect if you want to interact with friendly locals and avoid the tourists. Hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable and speak English. Rooms are small and comfortable which is all you really need in Tokyo. If you're spending a lot of your vacation time in your room in a city like Tokyo then vacation somewhere else. So much to see and do. Hotel is practically across the road from Akabane train station, so easy access to all of the major tourist destinations in Tokyo.
