Came for 7 days for a national dance competition. We needed close proximity to the beach (10 mins) as well as the Bay Center (10 mins) This was perfect! We loved the feeling of a small local place. Publix across the street, Waffle House and Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot as hotel. The rooms are completely renovated with details that make it feel less hotel like with more of condo feel. There is no kitchen but there was a decent size refrigerator. We enjoyed the pool daily and used the provided grill. We had a refrigerator issue and within about 5 minutes Niko had a new one to our room. Large ice machine was available to fill our cooler daily. We met some nice families as well as many of the staff. Shout out to Terry the maintenance man for working so hard daily! Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed! We will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly , the room comfortable and nicely renovated, the property felt safe and well maintained and thought out for walking around. The pool and grills and seating areas were a nice addition, and the location was excellent

There was a bit of a plumbing problem that happened in the very middle of the night ( starting about 2 AM and lasting about 2 hours off and on) it was sort of a chronic problem and it was VERY loud

The water pressure and temperature was super! The bed was comfy and there was plenty of lighting. Check out was super easy and the bed was comfy. The front desk man was really kind, and the cafe behind the inn was also fantastic.

The mirror was a little tall for me and I couldn't really see anything below my shoulders - a full length mirror would be nice. There were some stains on the comforter/sheets. My primary issue was with Booking.com not actually putting my reservation through, but the person at the front desk was super nice and helpful with making sure I still had a room at a decent price.

Although I did not request a quiet room upon initial stay, Nor have any problems arise during stay, the hotel itself is quiet and efficiently run by Niko front staff management. Accommodated my extension of stay with grace. As well as house cleaners and maintenance Teri in specific was kind and friendly with great customer relations communication. Ashley at the front desk is well trained and customer service oriented.

Old time charm like the heydays of motels in the 60’s. Very nice. Updated rooms and comfy. You won’t be disappointed. Pool is clean and the grounds are meticulous. Enjoyed the stay.

Little close to the main turn-off road that goes to Pensacola Beach. But that is time changes. Probably was not like that in the yesteryears where traffic was far less.

The staff were friendly and mostly everything was spotless. I had a great night sleep and I chose a room.located away from the main street so it was not noisy. Appreciated having water in the room. Thank you.

The Air conditioner unit was very noisy and it was blocked with dust. I requested to be switched off and would expect it to be cleaned regularly.

This is in Gulf Breeze along the road leading to Pensacola Beach. It is the best value for the money in the area and is very tidy and does not attract any sketchy people. There are some long term customers I think but not the kind that attract problems. I would recommend this to families or anyone passing through. Good clean place.

Everything is as expected for a small hotel in a tourist area, no problems, good value, clean and safe.

Close to the beach you could just walk outside and smoke there was chairs to sit on the bed was super comfy they even had a broom in the room It was at the beach so when you got back to your room you could sweep the sand out so your feet wouldn’t be sandy I loved that it was a special touch.

It is clean , comfortable and quiet. The rooms was ground floor which made bringing my stuff in easy and convenient for having my car near by. Also, it is attractively decorated inside as well as nice landscaping outside.

I didn’t have a large size towel only small hand towels.

I own a construction company so when it comes to details I notice, this place was done with great attention to detail, even resorts weren't this good. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
