We've stayed for a number of days at Villa Seriska. The team have been absolutely amazing. Putra has been extremely quick with communicating and answering any questions. The team inside the villa have been just 100% perfect. Wayan, Indri, and Sila - perfect. They've looked after our family, helped with questions we've had, kept the villa amazingly clean and tidy. Sila's cooking has been spot on and he's been happy to make a range of different food for all of our odd requests and quirks. We've had iced drinks blended up constantly for beside the pool, which they installed a very high quality steel fence around to protect the kids. Wayan helped do my daughter's nails and let my 2 year old son water the garden and have an absolute ball with the hose. The team on security (Eric and Yoga) have made everyone sleep that little bit easier and super friendly and accommodating with our comings, goings, grab food orders and what not :) The in house breakfast has been great, as it's very much felt like 'being at home' for breakfast with the family. The team have been extremely considerate of our privacy, and made sure to ask when and where we wanted them! I cannot fault the villa or the team. My only mistake was not booking longer!! We will be back in the future :)

Great staff, helpful and friendly. We arrived the night before Nyapi and the staff helped us greatly by shopping for our day indoors before we arrived. Nicely laid out villa, plenty of space and a good pool. Good areas for sitting outside and indoor. Kitchen area well equipped but a little dated. Children loved the big outdoor bath tubs and enjoyed a flower bath one afternoon! Villa is within walking distance of beach and a 10 minute drive to main area, restaurants, shops but there are restaurants, etc within a short walking distance too.

Villa Seriska Dua was absolutely amazing! We were there with a group of friends, most of us with small children. The villas organised all cots/babyseats/highchairs etc as well as a pool fence so we didn't need to worry about organising this ourselves, amazing. The Villa - WOW, it is just as nice as the photos! The rooms were a great size (the master was huge!) The outdoor bathrooms are stunning! They make its feel like a tropical oasis. The staff - They honestly blew us away, right from out airpirt transfer. Putra who looks after the villas was at the airpirt to meet us, and stayed in contact throughout the trio for anything we needed. The ladies that took care of us at the villa were amazing, they were constantly cleaning and took care of everything, any time you wanted something they were there! They did it all without being intrusive. They were also amazing with the kids. Everyone that worked at the villas was really friendly. The food - Breakfast each morning was amazing, and pretty impressive out of a small kitchen considering the veriaty of food on offer, we didn't have a single bad meal. We also had dinner cooked twice, again amazing! Great chef! The villa is located on a side street off one of the main streets of Sanure on the quieter southern end, for us this was the perfect location, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to lots or restaurants/bars in town. The circle K was only a 5 minute walk away as well. Such a great stay, we are already talking about when we cab do it again, and will definitely book at Villa Seriska Dua.

Location is fantastic, walk or bike ride (free to use) to beach and restaurants but quiet and away from main tourist area of Sanur. Villa is gorgeous, beautiful pool and gardens with large, super fancy rooms. Staff were the best! Putra and his team couldn't have looked after us better. We were two families of four adults and four children and its an ideal location. Kids were happy by the pool for hours and a little bit of Netflix on the big screen as downtime. Highly recommend this as a family stay, same service as a hotel but it's all yours!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 young children were treated with warm professional friendly service from the moment we arrived. The separate zones for grandparents and children with grandchildren made for the perfect homely base with lovely pool for us all to come and go as we pleased whilst enjoying group time around the dining table Included breakfast were deliciously prepared for evry morning by the talented staff and we took up the option of a fully catered dinner on one of our nights which was also enjoyed by all . Walking distance to beach area and nearest cafe is Dimattina, an oasis of aircon calm with lovely food and coffee in the hub of a bustling beachside Balinese suburb . Highly recommend as a hotel alternative with privacy.

Very good. Don't hesitate to book. Private chef is awesome, pool, rooms the whole villa is fantastic. The staff are amazing and very accommodating, helpful, polite, and proactive. From the pre-arranged transport from the airport to the house keepers and security, they are all brilliant. It was my most expensive stay whilst in Indonesia, but it was worth it for what you get. Sanur is ok. I wouldn't go there again, but to be honest, we spent most of our time in the villa.

On our arrival to Bali we were picked up at the airport by Putra. It made it so easy he was great and so helpful if we needed anything. The villa is beautiful and has a very well kept garden and pool. The indoors area was really clean. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared by in house chef with western and Indonesian options. He also cooked us a delicious seafood buffet on night Indonesian style which was amazing. We had a massage therapist come to the villa who was organised by the lady’s that cleaned (apologies forgot names) she was great and so nice to have massage in villa. It was a lovely was to start our Bali holiday!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights stay here, beautiful and clean villa. This villa supposed to fit 8 people but they allowed 3 extra beds, so it managed to fit 11 of us. The staffs there were all so friendly, especially the chef who cooked all our breakfast. They were all perfectly cooked, nicely decorated and delicious. It has a kitchen too which we could heat up food we bought from outside. The pool was clean with all the beautiful plants and decorations surrounding it. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We found that breakfast could have been more varied, even with a plain continental breakfast as an option when there for a number of days.

We could not find a single fault with this beautiful villa. The property is simply breathtaking. Clean and well maintained, the staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for our group. Wayan is such a beautiful soul, nothing was ever a hassle. Sila was a genius in the kitchen, serving up yummy breakfasts and dinners when we decided to stay in. Putra, our villa manager was a pleasure to deal with and even organised a birthday cake and balloons free of charge for one of our birthdays! Such a surprise and we were all so appreciative. This villa is simply divine. So big and beautiful, we will definitely be back.
