We had the back villa with neighbors- dog barking a lot at the fence and can smell them cooking (fish one night - strong smell came in the villa) Kids and small baby crying next door neighbor and next villa. wasn’t great in the morning but didn’t last long. One Neighbor had a balcony overlooking our pool area so not entirely private. Would request a different villa if I returned but otherwise a lovely stay for us and would recommend in Sanur

Great stay overall. Nice pool, rooms, beds, bathrooms, location. Good value for money between four people when we got it while discounted. Restaurant at the front is amazing.

The main draw back was the aircon had a really bad smell. It smelt of wet smelly socks which is probably a mildew infestation in the AC. It was like this in both rooms, but worse in one. The only other things that could be improved would be somewhere to hang pool towels, more spots to hang shower towels as the shower doesn’t drain well and they get saturated, and two sets of keys please! We were two couples staying and it’s easier with two sets so we don’t have to juggle one.

This place was amazing, we loved it. The location was close to beach and restaurants, everything within walking distance. It was clean and had everything we needed and was private. The pool was divine, the bed and bedding luxurious. Loved the indoor/outdoor living. We had mosquito coils and used them in outdoor areas so mosquitos were not a problem. I nearly didn’t book as there was only one review but so glad we did. Would definitively stay again.

There was nothing I didn’t like. And if there was, the things that were great totally outweighed them.

Arca Villas is a stunning villa with private pool tucked down a quiet alleyway beautifully planted. The decor is modern, immaculately clean, with air conditioning in the bedroom, sliding doors to a kitchen/dining area and bathroom with great wardrobe storage. We had room service breakfast daily which was beautifully presented and the tastiest Mie goreng we have found yet. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Out on the street is a restaurant you can have breakfast or any meals. With many other restaurants and beauty spas close by, the beach is a short walk with lots of eating options. Can recommend going for a beautiful sunrise! Right next door is a mini supermarket. Overall we highly recommend Arca Villas and miss it already.

Would be great to have a drying rack for towels and swimwear.

Amazing stay, the villa was lovely and you could tell it was fairly new. The bathroom was great, loved the concept of having it partially opened. AC was a lifesaver in the bedroom and the bed was big and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing there. Service was great and food from the restaurant also very good, would recommend eating there. Would definitely be back.

Would recommend to have breakfast in the restaurant as the first morning it took over an hour to fully receive our order in the villa. Much speedier service in the restaurant.

We recently stayed at this beautiful new villa in central Sanur and was thoroughly impressed. The villa boasts an amazing swimming pool, modern rooms, and stylish bathrooms. The outdoor living area was a highlight, offering a fantastic space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

The villa is lovely overall, though I did find the downstairs layout a bit unusual. There's a small room off the lounge that seems intended as a workspace, but I think it might be more practical as a downstairs bathroom, especially since there isn't one on that level and both existing rooms already have work desks. However, this is just a minor suggestion and didn't detract significantly from our stay.

Surrounded by warungs/restaurants. Easy walk to beach. Quite location in Sanur. Pool was fantastic, easy to get in and out of. Bathroom was one of best we have used. Comfortable bed. A/C was great. Good to have a couch in bedroom. Great option to have outside fan with kitchen/lounge and dining table. Large fridge. Room was always cleaned promptly.

No microwave. No where to hang swimmers/towels. Gentleman that checked us in was going to get us a key to secure villa and find information on our front door lock. Never heard back from him

There are no TV's in the villa.

The villa was new and the open layout was great either lots of sun and shade spread across the pool. The pool day beds, genius! The staff were all amazing, great food and very comfy beds. I loved the bathroom and the open air shower. Walking distance to some great restaurants and beach and only a short rid to the main drag of Sanur. It was just out of the main hustle and bustle which I loved but still well equipped with shops and restaurants. I’ve stayed in Sanur numerous times and this definitely was my favourite villa stay.

Nothing, maybe some bicycles available at the villa.

The property was Morden, stylish and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The staff were fantastic catered for all our needs and were so kind to our 1 yr old. They cleaned everyday, we could order food from Seja restaurant which was at the front of the property. The property is more suited for couples and families with older kids. But we wanted to still stay at the villa and we just moved some furniture around to block the pool.
