Clean and quiet. Staff were lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer but were fully booked.

Jacuzzi in room wasn’t working.

*Enormous room *Super comfy bed with a range of pillows. *Nice pool *Good happy hour *Older-style, traditional Bali feels *Quiet location *A la carte breakfast was great, I'm not a fan of buffet so this suited me. *Had GF bread available (huge bonus points for this!) *Good location, lots of shops and restaurants around.

*Nothing I specifically didn't like, there were nasty bathroom smells from time to time, which can be pretty normal in older style Bali places. I should say that it wasn't consistently like this and easily managed by keeping the bathroom door shut.

Staff service was outstanding Breakfast menu was great Felt safe & secure being part of the complex but with the added bonus of privacy of our own villa Beautiful gardens & grounds away from the hustle & bustle Well located being just a short walk to beach & restaurants etc

Small and friendly- relaxed atmosphere. Very big room ( we had a suite - a big very comfortable double bed and a fold out for teenager- we all felt we had enough space) room was clean. Pool was lovely - the right size for the accomodation. Set a street back from the beach- it was a 5 min walk and there are singers on the beach free to Sagara residents in an allocated area. We hired bikes for a leisurely ride along the front. Free drop off to other Sanur areas. Helpful staff. Nice Spa too. Good breakfast.

The suite has minimal daylight - but the temperature was great.

The rooms were amazing,outside large spa bath & sitting area. Beautiful inside bathroom & bath,large rooms with sitting area. Lovely pool ,not large,but you can get vouchers from reception for access to lounges at the beach,just next to it a series of warungs ,we had lunch at the first one which was very nice. Good choice of breakfast which was included. The Vietnamese at the front is fantastic,always busy. There are a lot of cafes restaurants,& a good bike path/walking all along the beach front. Would definitely stay again. We had hotel transportation to & from airport which was great ,

Our one bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. The bed was just so comfortable. Spa Bath was fun and TV had even Netflix. They offered some drinking water every day. Hotel has sunbeds on Semawang Beach. You have to ask for voucher from info desk and take towels with you. The Beach is only five minutes walk away. Breakfast was generous and had lots of options. The Staff was very kind and were helping us. We took couple's massage and it was just so good. Many Restaurants and Markets and Shops near by.

All fine. Maybe for the future: put the drinking water to tanks where guest could fill their own bottles?

Great Location easy walk to the beach, tonnes of restaurants all around. We also hired a bike which was pretty cheap per day. 2 separate bedrooms are huge with lovely semi-outdoor bathrooms. The private pool with the sun lounges was great, kids were in it for hours, it had a good amount of sun in the pool for most of the day with an umbrella for some shade. Breakfast brought to the room every morning was so handy with young kids. Breakfast was always good with fresh juice. Definitely would stay here again. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful pool and could customise breakfast, quiet and relaxing. When we expressed our grievances staff did their best to fix issues.

We were told we would be charged for marking our sheet and duvet which we don’t believe we did. They apparently took it away and 10 hours later questioned us . The sheets and duvet did not even appear to have been changed. The toilet was difficult to flush in our villa and outdoor shower needed maintenance. The air conditioner leaked water over our belongings. Butler service misleading. Basically it just means your meals can be delivered to your Villa. No beach access.

The room blew us away, it was HUGE. We had our two little kids with us and there was so much room. Great value for money, outstanding. Loved you could order a different breakfast everyday for what you felt like, and ate around the pool. In a quiet end of Sanur, and we thought it was wonderful. Still close to everything via Gojek. Little supermarket down the road within walking distance. Loved sunrise morning walks along the beach, you can easily get to the beach via the hotel next door. Even noticed there was sun beds on the beach for the hotel, which they actually didn't make us aware off, I just noticed on the walk. The kids area of the pool is good too. Would 100% stay again

The tiles/pavers around the pool become very hot in the sun, so make sure you always take your shoes to the pool.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We changed our room as didn't like the location of the suite we had, all done without any dramas the suites upstairs have a nice balconies recommend suite 231. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner. Gardens and pool nice. Good location for other restaurants. Next time will book a villa.
