The property was perfect for our purposes. Staff were friendly.

The pool was very difficult to get out of as there are no steps or hand rails to assist. This is not ideal for older people. The linen is old and discoloured, in particular the towels which often had holes in them. For the price of the Villa, this really isn’t satisfactory. The villa is designed so that you can cook yourself if you like however we had to request glassware, the was insufficient cutlery and dishes and there was no cloths or dishwashing detergent to clean the dishes. There is no phone in your room to request items. They said that the reception was manned 24 hours but most times there was no one sitting there and you had to go looking for them.

Danka Villas are beautiful, pool was very refreshing on a hot day. The air-conditioning was really cool in the bedroom, bed and pillows are lovely and comfortable. Loved having bed side lights for night reading, block out curtains were good to have on the large bedroom window. Outside bathroom was good the shower was amazing, lots of hot water and large rain shower head. Small kitchen, but we didn't use it. Close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved everything about the villas!!

The villa is based on the traditional Balinese house where spaces are open to the air which suits the climate in Bali perfectly. The pool was a feature added to this concept and was well worth the price of the room. Hosts were unobtrusive but helpful when needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Needs more glassware and that could be easily added. We had to use the key to get into the safe as the combination lock didn’t work. Small things.

The staff were all very kind and attentive. The location was very convenient and walking to the beach, shops and restaurants was easy. The bed was comfortable with cold AC and the shower was great with strong water pressure and hot water. The garden/pool area was very pretty with beautiful flowering plants and a peaceful atmosphere.

The only inconvenience was the number of mosquitoes. On one hand this is a good sign that strong chemicals aren't used in the natural environment. Mosquito coils and a plug-in mosquito repellant were provided.

This was a great little place not far from the action in Sanur. Was nice to have my own private pool and I liked the seperate dining area and the bedroom and pool on either side. It's a good location but it is a bit loud at night, but I sort of expected as much or was the compromise I was prepared to make to be close to things. The staff were very helpful and kind and the breakfast provisions were good.

Main thing was just the traffic noise but coped. I liked the bedroom on other side of pool but maybe felt a bit nervous taking luggage across but really it was fine.

Such a beautiful, luxurious villa! Any request we made was met quickly and kindly, the staff were very attentive. The pool was always clean, the frangipane tree over our loungers dropped beautiful flowers all day long and the breakfast was lovely!

An 8 minute walk to the beach, is a little further than I would have liked, as Sanur is hot and stuffy inland and the footpaths are a little shaky. But that's all I can say was less than perfect, everything else was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of choice options for breakfast, clean, homely and welcoming accommodation, perfect and convenient location and close to everything needed - money changer directly across the road, pool was clean and refreshing, air con in room was perfect!

Neighbours and road noise can be noisy, however, the staff were aware and proactive to try resolve noise issues from neighbours. More bottled water needed but indo mart is close to replenish yourself. Sad to leave but can’t wait to visit again!

We had such an amazing stay at Danka Villa Sanur. We were welcomed so nicely on our first day, and each time we went out for the day and returned. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff are so sweet, they even hold the door open for you each time. Breakfast was served so nicely each morning with lots to choose from, and it was so yum! Rooms are cleaned each morning and left spotless. Good wifi and super close to public facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, beach, money changers, etc. Would definitely come back here! 😊

Comfortable bed & pillows, separate shower, toilet, and kitchen areas were all great features. Only a short walk to some good restaurants, bars, and the beach. Thank you to the lovely staff who were at all times very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed our stay at Danka Villa.

Only negative aspect was the small bar fridge which wasn't working well.

Location close to all types of Warung and up.market restos. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Strong wifi cleanliness was outstanding little kitchen basic pots pans crokery for prep small meals Wonderful clean pool and deck side lazyboys
