The staff are amazing. I arrived late at night at 1am and the reception guy was so kind and he helped me order food since all restaurants were closed. They go out of their way to help.

The AC was a bit not working properly. But I didn’t mind, that’s all

Abian Harmony was fabulous. Very close to restaurants, money changer at front as well as a Circle K. Staff are so friendly. Putri in particular was outstanding. Her customer service and willingness to help was absolutely amazing. Susi in the spa gave the most brilliant massages. We loved the water stations everywhere that provided free cold water. Breakfast was brilliant for the price. Pool was large and lovely and cool. Would definitely stay again. From the "Golden Girls"

Bathrooms could do with an update but didn't impact our stay. Wifi was hit and miss. Not being able to charge drinks back to your room especially when at the pool

Amazing hotel for a long term stay. Greatest massage/spa services i have ever had in any hotel globally, offered at a very reasonable price. We did massage very often and next time I will do it EVERY day. Transfer/Tour services were even better than Booking/GetYourGuide offered ones, and driver Bayu was the best guide and help ever. Very cosy room with nice balcony, quite good cleaning, and for long stays - complimentary laundry services Good breakfast and overall pleasant feeling about the stay.

For someone who was on her first ever overseas trip and doing it solo the Abian was perfect. I was looking for somewhere that felt same and comfortable and provided me with a base from which to explore living "like a local". Right from the start the beautiful Indri made me feel right at home and Arsa very efficiently ensured that I had what I needed during my stay. I stayed in a balcony room on the 4th floor and there was always someone to help me with my bags for the one flight of stairs. Having the space to relax on my own balcony, which I set up with cushions, or finding others to chat with at the pool was fabulous. Oh....and the bed was so comfy I slept really well!!

If you are someone who needs a hot shower....even when the temperature outside is HOT...there's a bit of a wait for it to heat up. Having said that I found the temperature perfectly refreshing so I didn't have an issue at all.

Everything was great. Comfortable and clean accomodation near the beach, friendly stuff.

A good place to stay as it is very well localized. The staff was really nice! We would like to thank Indri at the reception also Lasmi for the great massage techniques. A big thank to all the staff for their professionalim and kindness ( breakfast, tools, pool bar,….). Last but not least, a big thank you to Arsa for his great management. Some parts need to be refreshed ( some painting, bamboos on some walls,…) , the breakfast presentation may be slightly improve with a local wood table and some decorations.

The location was back off the street, but near lots of cafes. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. A fridge, kettle, water, coffee and tea was provide and you could top up your water from the dispenser near the lift. It's a large hotel, with a big refreshing pool with a wet bar. Breakfast was OK. Parking area is off the street in their carpark.

Our room was on the third floor facing out to the street. The balcony had an AC backing onto it and pushed out very hot air so we couldn't sit on the very bland balcony. The water from shower and hand basin was salty which was strange and water built up in the shower very quickly so it was a quick shower. The whole bathroom vanity area was very tired and we only had 2 thin towels and a floor mat. Being a large hotel, guest noise in the echoing hall way was a bit annoying but the rooms were however quite quiet once things settled down.

We received the most outstanding service during our stay, a huge thank you to Lina for looking after us so well. After a little plumbing problem in our original room on our first night we were quickly relocated to another room and then upgraded to an amazing room for the rest of our stay. I was travelling with my two teen daughters who loved the pool and facilities. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and we took the opportunity to enjoy a floating breakfast which was very special. The spa located on site was fantastic and affordable with great opening hours. Location was perfect with great restaurants near by and a few minutes to the beach for water sports and stunning sunrises. We highly recommend the Abian Harmony for the wonderful staff, great service and excellent facilities and location.

I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff from the front desk, the restaurant for breakfast, room service, therapeutic massage to security and anyone else I may have overlooked, everyone always happy, helpful and accommodating but always give you space making for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Great selection on the breakfast menu, Balinese massages on the premises are excellent and good value. Good size rooms, cleaned daily. The free parking is a bonus for me,... just mentioning there were times I would return from a day out with parking area full with cars coming and going,,no worries just leave car key with security and go about your business, pick key up a front desk next outing. Oh the location for me is great as it's only five minutes walk to beach for a swim or boat ride out to the reefs for a surf or other activities and only 5- mins drive to main road to head north or south along the highway to the coast or further afield...not to mention so many restaurants and warongs at your door step or a short walk or taxi ride. It makes little wonder I keep returning, Abian Harmony ticks all boxes for me!

After conducting research, I booked Abian Harmony Hotel in Sanur, Bali. I highly recommend it! The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Abian Harmony Hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you! The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants and the beach. I stayed there for 17 days without thinking, even a single moment, to move to another hotel. A fast and very reliable Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. From the first bite to the last, every aspect of the meal was perfect. The chef, Pak Nengah, skills and dedication are truly impressive. Thank you, Pak Nengah for the various delicious breakfasts. My stay at Abian Harmony Hotel was exceptional! I can't wait to stay there again! Thank all the staff there for making my trip memorable.
