Good location by the ocean, close to shops and restaurants. Well maintained grounds.

Our only concerns are when the hotel is busy, there isn’t a large enough Breakfast area. Only about 15 or so Beach lounges and the pool area doesn’t have many lounges for the size of the resort.

Beautiful resort perfectly located on the beach. Has every facility you would want. Staff were very accommodating and eager to make your stay great.

Very large pool area that was quite warm.

When I asked my kids what was important for the holiday they said two things: breakfast buffet and pool! The Intercontinental Sanur did not disappoint. Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety, super fresh produce, high quality a la carte and buffet options and good coffee - and the staff incredibly welcoming. In particular, a team member, Yoga, remembered the kids' names and was extremely attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was huge and clean.

Often the sun loungers were 'claimed' be people early in the morning meaning that after breakfast they were already all taken. However, the pavilion on the pool deck was nice to sit in and had tables and chairs and shade.

We loved the location, staff, breakfast was delicious, pool, how clean and tidy everything was.

The only negative, you need more lounge chairs around the pool, just not enough for everybody, we wanted to relax on our first day around the pool and we couldn’t through lack of lounge chairs, think that is a major problem, also people put there belonging on the loungers to reserve, then not show up for a couple of hours, think you need a sign, can only reserve for half hour. You have some black stones at either end of the pool maybe that could be filled in and put more chairs in that area. Thank you

Our 2nd floor Garden Room Suite included 3 large and spacious rooms. Very comfortable huge King Sized Bed with great comfortable pillows. Breakfast at Layang Layang Restaurant was excellent. Staff and their Management were so friendly and helpful. Large Swimming Pool overlooking Sanur Beach & the sea, was very relaxing.

Tardy Property Maintenance e.g. along Garden Walkways and Handrails. Exposed Electrical Conduits & Wiring. Rubbish management. Bedroom cleaning needs improvement. Daily towel, drinking water and bed linen change was excellent, but not room & bathroom cleaning. After 2 weeks our bathroom smelt terribly!

The king suite we had was huge and were able to fit 2 single beds for the kids, perfect for families The rooms and restaurants have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. Food and drinks were good and reasonable prices. We enjoyed a couples spa treatment whilst the lovely ladies in the spa took care of the kids There are 3 lovely pools to swim in and the pool attendants are very attentive.

Perfect!! Nothing to say. We had a wonderfull stay. Nothings to crazy when you needed something. Best beds we ever slept on, woke up with no pain in back and pelvic area and the pillows are good for the neck. All staff were great from the moment we stepped out of the car. Very friendly with children. We loved it and would def come back. Room got upgraded, very spacious, like the rest of the hotel. Very well maintained, very clean, nice and different pools. Sanur is great for families, hotel is on perfect spot.

The location is perfect. Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

I had booked a room for three (2 adults and 1 child - 14 years old ) but they gave me for two and refused to provide sheets and pillow for the third person.

The hotel is really nice and in a great location, you can walk to the beach area and all the events. The pools are beautiful. The food is delicious. Fried bananas are perfect. All recommendations!

Unfortunately, the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are not ideal for small children. (I was with a 10-month-old baby who is walking) There are stairs in the room and everything is made of stone, which was very frustrating for us. We had no peace anywhere, danger lurked everywhere. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable (a little soft) and creaked when turning..

Our first point of contact was Yoga at check in who was very welcoming and very professionally courteous. He explained everything with a smile and evwn followed up to make sure our stay was going well. We also met Kariana on arrival and he was very helpful with the luggage. At Pier8 restaurant many thanks to Nana. tenta. Pasek, Celvin, Agus, Mahard and the rest of the team. The security guys were also veryhelpful taking us to the ATM. And thanks to Giri our driver to and from the airport

Very clean place but cleaning needs to be consistent because of the moisture from the rain. The only othertl thing was we would have appreciated a courtesy call to let us know that we has to book new years eve dining in advance as we have experienced in other hotels. Otherwise excellent
